On Saturday, I sent out messages individually to multiple contacts.

Most have my numbers saved.

These messages were sent in quick succession.

Within 30 mins, my account WhatsApp was banned.

I applied for a review on the WhatsApp app.

By evening, account was restored.

I downloaded fresh WhatsApp

This morning, the WhatsApp was banned again.
I never sent broadcasts or anything like that.

I applied for another review again.

I am still waiting

What could be the reason for another ban?

Some people are still reporting you that's why your account got banned again. Just tell WhatsApp that someone hacked your phone and used it to send messages. Tell them that going forward, you would set up 2fa for extra protection.

Your friends that you have their contacts saved reported your messages as spam

Lol some of your friend don over report you as Spam or you're using GB..

Na Spam nau.

Send them an email pleading to be unbanned. It will take 2 days to 2, weeks, but they will respond.

There is no solution.

Your only option is to serve out the ban which will lapse in about 2 or 3 months

you're using a fake phone that has no security. Hackers are using your WhatsApp account for illegal means that contradict WhatsApp rules hence the reason for the ban. It has happened to me before. Buy another phone (original phone)

You were reported. I guess most of the people you sent messages to don't have your contact because I sent out message to multiple contacts (like 30 contacts or more) two weeks ago and a reminder last week, I didn't have any issue with WhatsApp at all

Tips going forward:

Rather than spamming people's dm with unsolicited messages, save contacts and ask them to save yours. Share meaningful content on your status and occasionally put stuff related to whatever action you want people to take (buy something, register somewhere).

If you want a place where you can send messages to interested people, create a channel and grow it one day at a time.

My Facebook account got disabled because I logged in with a different device. Till date Facebook has not even my the opportunity to appeal.

I've sent them mails plenty times.

Fake news and unsolicited messages?

If you send multiple messages and upto 3 person attempts to block you. WhatsApp will asking them the reason for blocking you then whaspp will ban you.

Also if you sent a message to someone that doesn’t have your contact on their phone WhatsApp will tshow them a report button along side your message.


Its just to control and protect their platform.

Lastly WhatsApp will likely flag your account for a review if you are broadcasting multiple people.

After the ebola incident where people bath and drank salt water from message broadcasted that went viral on WhatsApp . Since then WhatsApp now put restrictions and limitations

You probably linked your account with one or some of these scam websites that promise to reward you for linking your Whatsapp with them.

Whenever the review finishes, unlink your number from the sites

What you said here is true. I have seen someone using a clone/fake POP 9, and he was always experiencing such I.e after activating a new WhatsApp they block it in minutes. I told him to get a new original phone, and the problem stopped

Same thing happened to me last week, they will lift
the ban themselve so far so you are sure you didn't commit any fraudulent activity, my was lifted in 2 hours or so
