I stop my MMF investment with Chapel Hill Denham base on the insight I got on my spreadsheet, their return is always very low. For now, I maintain ARM & STANBIC.

I’m working on a small project and I would love to build a mutual fund aggregator as a feature with it. Can you share the source of your data insights with me please. I will be so happy if they provide APIs as well.

It depends on the top up method.

If you used debit card, it's two working g days.
If you didn't state your e-account number and evidence not sent it can cause delay.
A glitch on the system from the bank or fund managers could also be cause of delay.

Give them a call by Monday if your fund didn't reflect before then.

, sorry about that, never had that experience with them, just yesterday night I did a test run with the new virtual account they provided for transfers and by this afternoon it has reflected on my account.

I had thought the switch to virtual account was to make it immediate reflection on the MMF. If that is not the case, then there is still some work to be done by them.

I topped up with Stanbic and another MMF yesterday. Stanbic credited me the same day, but the other one only came through this afternoon. The difference in how quickly they process transactions is quite striking.

If you check the mail, they didn't say immediately;
'All inflows received before noon on business days will be given value the same day, while inflows received after 12 noon will be given value the next business day.'
The good thing is, it reflects on your investment amount, so no action is needed from you, unlike the other account where you have to invest it yourself.

There is no difference. In the previous, any transfer made before 12noon gets value the same day while any transfer made after 12 noon gets value the next business day.

I think the only advantage of this is that you do not necessarily need to input your E-Account. In addition, transfer can now be made from ATM or POS without having to send transfer receipt to Stanbic.

If you ask Stanbic, they will provide SCB details for you. They are simply the trustees account. Rarely ever with their banking arm, if the fund manager jas one

I use stanbic stock brokers and its online but it keeps saying connection failed is there downloadable form for this?

Please contact their customer service for this. Just Google their CCU email address or phone number and contact them directly. I operate with them but I did mine the traditional way by going to their office, filling the required and making some deposit into the account before leaving there.

A few days later my account number and internet/app login details were sent to me. So I didn't go through the online registration route directly.

Just contact them.
