I personally reckon with these players and see them more as heroes inspite of what others say. There was an argument here between emenike and martins and I was one of those who said martins never made much impact for the national team. Facts don’t lie na. Most African teams dont have the mental strength of a comeback, especially this kind of high pressure 5goal lead…plus you dont score these goals and take your foot off the firing cylinder, like the Nigeria v Sierra Leone game where defenders went to sleep after a 4-0 lead….Russia 5-0 Zambia is another testament that African team lack the mentality to comeback…especially when playing a tactical discipline/superior opponents.
Thats why if Algeria or Morocco wan beat you, them go bring mortar and pestle to pound you with 5-6-7 goals and them no born you well to come back
