It's a savage law meant for barbarians and savages and not for civilized people of this age. GOSH!!! Are you serious dude, the fact that you and others are defending it makes it even worse. How are you even in our society?

Civilized people get prosecuted when they break the law and are given fair hearing - whether in customary court or any where. That's what advanced, civilized, fully evolved and sophisticated humans do, not dehumanize and brutalize one another like wild animals!

You didn't read where the OP said "Threats of any sort attracts 100k and 1carton of beer."
But you can be sure nobody is punishing any man or woman for threats or insults.
