I wonder why so many people are convulsing over a personal revelation from a man of God to his own congregation. Nobody was there when God spoke to him, nobody can categorically say He didn't. Even though it might have been implied, he didn't expressly tell anyone to remain in RCCG otherwise misfortune would visit them. It's now left for discerning church members to do with the unsolicited information what they will. Anything he says will be dissected and commented on whether good or bad. If you want the good things he says to be carried by bloggers and broadcasted then don't be a crybaby when the bad things he says also attracts equal criticism.
