There are many ways around this. Sperm issues are very common with men in Nigeria but they live in denial and all the blame go to their wives. 1. Some men open up to their wives and allow them get pregnant by other men while they are married. 2. Some men pretend all is well. After a while, their wives take it upon themselves to get preggy outside and bring it back home. The men are happy and relaxed. 3. IVF with donor sperm. 4. Sit back and relax while doing nothing. Male factor infertility is a big problem in Nigeria but NO,it's only the woman's fault |

While there's no single "miracle" natural remedy for dead sperm cells, focusing on improving overall sperm health and well-being can help increase the number of viable sperm and improve sperm quality. This involves lifestyle changes and dietary adjustments. Lifestyle Factors to Improve Sperm Health: Manage Stress: Chronic stress can negatively impact sperm production, so incorporating relaxation techniques like meditation or yoga can be beneficial. Prioritize Sleep: Adequate sleep is crucial for overall health, including sperm quality. Aim for 7-9 hours of quality sleep per night. Maintain a Healthy Weight: Obesity can negatively impact sperm count and motility. Limit Alcohol and Tobacco: Excessive alcohol consumption and smoking can damage sperm cells and reduce their motility. Avoid Exposure to Contaminants: Limit exposure to environmental toxins and chemicals, as they can negatively affect sperm production. Keep Testicles Cool: The best temperature for sperm production is slightly cooler than body temperature. Avoid hot baths, saunas, and wearing tight clothing. Exercise Regularly: Regular exercise, especially aerobic exercise, can improve overall health and potentially sperm quality. Dietary Changes for Improved Sperm Health: Eat a Balanced Diet: Focus on a diet rich in fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and healthy fats. Include Antioxidant-Rich Foods: Antioxidants like Vitamin C, Vitamin E, and selenium help protect sperm from damage. Consume Fish and Seafood: Omega-3 fatty acids in fish may improve sperm motility and quality. Eat Walnuts: Studies have shown that consuming walnuts can improve sperm count and motility. Consider Supplements: Some supplements, like Vitamin D and selenium, may also help improve sperm quality. However, it's important to consult with a doctor before taking supplements. Important Considerations: Consult with a Doctor: If you're concerned about low sperm count or motility, it's important to consult with a doctor for a proper diagnosis and treatment plan. Don't Rely Solely on Natural Remedies: Natural remedies can be helpful, but they may not be sufficient on their own. Medical interventions like medications or assisted reproductive technologies (ART) may be necessary in some cases. Be Patient: Improving sperm health takes time and consistency. It's important to be patient and persistent with lifestyle changes and dietary adjustments. |

I can only imagine how devastating that news must be, and I want you to know your pain is valid. facing something like this isn't just about biology, it touches your identity, your dreams, and your future. but please remember: having biological children isn’t the only way to experience fatherhood or leave a legacy. medical science has advanced more than ever sometimes, even with such diagnoses, second opinions or alternative fertility treatments open unexpected doors. and even beyond that, adoption, surrogacy, or being a father figure in someone else’s life are all powerful, meaningful paths, your worth is not tied to your ability to reproduce. you are still whole, still valuable, and you still have purpose. please don’t carry this alone, lean on people who care, and don’t hesitate to speak to a counselor or support group. you deserve support, healing, and hope |

Dogalmighty17:I went for test when I was in my 20ties, was unmarried and worried about my future. Don't wrongly conclude what you don't know about. The same you will also discredit the miracles of Jesus. I won't say what led me there because you still won't believe in the supernatural. |

Probably had an untreated STD that affected his sperm cells. Many promiscuous people like that running around without protection. Then they refuse to go for test or checkup. In future they will be looking for children with torchlight. |

He shouldn't be sad but be hopeful. Any woman that truly love him, wouldn't mind living her life with him. He just have to tell her the truth. They can adopt children. Some men out there are going through same problem but they will rather pin the cause of the childlessness on the woman. I've seen cases where the lady decides to walk out of the marriage and immediately gets pregnant for the other man. |
