God is the same yesterday, today and forever more, truly we enjoy grace through Christ but that doesn't mean we can openly disobey God and say Christ has died for us so we are under grace and won't be consumed like the olden days. Mostly for those who still, truly hear from God, if they go against God after they enjoy the privilege of hearing from him, them go collect like it was it the days of the old. An ignorant individual can go astray and nothing happens or better still grace speaks for him but one who is "knowledgeable" about God will not go scot-free of same wrong doing.
