My own plenty sha;
1) I don't know how to make friends and always a reserved Guy.

2) I find it very hard to air my opinion or say my mind when having a discussion in the midst of people so that I won't appear dumb or foolish.

3) I can't have a face to face conversation with a female without feeling Nervous even when I have gotten some compliment from them about how handsome I look.
But I don't like them at all and have been struggling really hard to overcome them all.
