APC (Tinubu and Buhari) has increased the number of out of school children in Nigeria. The number in IDP is alarming.

Their policy is to snatch it grab it and run away with it then squander the Mandate.

APC destroyed every fabric of development in Nigeria

I have said it if igbos get their country
All developmental index of that country would be far far higher than Nigeria

Out of school doesn't necessarily translate to poor and destitutes. The narrative about school being key to success is no longer sellable in the north

Some people will not like this. South East disappointed them yet again. SE governors need to do more in free education down to secondary schools to reduce the numbers. It's too much seeing 664k children hawking, begging and roaming the streets.

Hajj is more important to them now.

Thats because the south west accommodates most of the children of the people of the South East, South South, North west, north central and the North east.
Note that I’m from the South South.

Expected with the high level of insurgency in the north but I'm very disappointed with the number in South south.

Education is the building block of a nation. But when we have leaders whose educational credentials cannot be verified are in power what do you expect...

Tell me what those 15 million plus will do for a living. At least 50% of them will go into crime
Re: Out Of School Children In Nigeria by LegendHero(m): 5:46pm On Jun 11, 2025
They need to also compare it to the population. Then you can gauge the percentage.

If Kano has 10million people and Gombe got 1million people, 100k out of school student in Kano is not same as 100k out of school student in Gombe.

Nigeria media are getting useless by the day.

They will run to UN with it and secure funds for religious exercises but never ask UN for funds based on religious grounds.

You have not compared apple with apple… the population of Oyo state is perhaps more than the entire south east combined… so it’s normal their’ll be more out of school children in SW.
What is however strange and unfathomable is that their are more crimes and criminalities in SE and SS region despite their fewer population

Re: Out Of School Children In Nigeria by frankmoney(m): 5:49pm On Jun 11, 2025
The only solution is to separate nigeria , let Northern Nigeria separate , complete dissolution... that's the only way forward

You can say that again. The last time GEJ tried to build schools for them, dem use hin eyes see shege. And if those elites tell them to jump inside fire, they won't hesitate.

One-third of that number are people from other regions especially your southeast.

South west has the highest number of non indigenous people in the country. That's a factor for the numbers they have. At least half of that figures are non South Westerners
