Any App that will allow users from all countries send money directly to other users across the world without walking into the bank, and probably with an escrow service to protect sellers and buyers will win the race.


Cross border money transfer should be their focus.


Helping business owners promote and sell their products faster, cheaper and more conveniently from anywhere in the world should be their focus.


Solving language translation barrier like WeChat should be their focus.


These are the key features that can battle it out with WhatsApp. Only Wechat comes close but unfortunately it's not widely accepted because its owned by Chinese

WhatsApp has come to stay, they are improving their features and people won't be quick to dump WhatsApp for Xchat

The differences aren't much but WhatsApp is just like a messager compared to Telegram. I agree that Telegram has more features that WhatsApp but What i hate abt telegram is data consumption. Also, i think most people and firms make use of WhatsApp than Telegram.
