My friend politicians is the same everywhere. The difference between us and them is that there is greater accountability. If you see what some of their politicians are doing or did you will marvel.

He was not praised. They said yes, the road was 30 kilometers but it wasn't completed because it is disjointed. The disjointed stretch made up a whole lot of distance.

I am begining to suspect that Abati has a part ownership in AriseTV. He is likely a co owner with Obaigbena , even if its not equal ownership.

I have been noticing some signs , especially

1. in the way he openly berates his junior colleagues without any real consequences,

2. The subtle ass licking he gets from the crew (more surprisingly from Rufai),

3. how he subtly direct the political disposition of the Arise crew ( and they all follow) at specific times

...and some other things that I cant really explain properly.
I may be wrong though, but time will tell.

My only problem with this is commissioning 30 km wasting money that could be used for another good thing.The government try by building the coastal highway, they should wait until the project is completed before commissioning before na money them dey use do the ceremony.

As for those criticizing the 30km completion of a road of over 700km should be reminded that a journey of a thousand kilometers begins with a step.

Just imagine what we are discussing 30km road completed or not. There are far more important things to address in this country and stop wasting time analysing what portion of the road has been completed.

For reference, Warri to Benin is around 60km. Benin to Otukpo is around 100km.
