 Tinubu is an hypocrite, and it is high time people who are around him tell him the truth. I could remember when I was elected as the ECOWAS president, he was threatening, some of the African country under military 🪖 rule Eg Mali 🇲🇱 Burkina faso and Niger to go back to democracy, and here he is, going against what he preach when he suspended a democratically elected governor in Rivers state and appoint a sole administrator. Those ex governors are not helping matter. They are not helping Sim. Supreme Court ruled that anarchy had become the order of the day in Rivers State. Supreme Court ordered all sources of revenues to Rivers State to stop remitting and this included banks. Sim had no control of the Rivers State HoA and he started a fight with their leadership. Sim ostracised them from his government and derecognised them. By providence they gained recognition from the SC to become relevant again. They were about impeaching the Sim before the president intervened. Anyone who wants lasting or permanent peace should be asking Sim what he has done to resolve the difference between hi and the house. Or they want the suspension to be like the breaks called for during boxing bouts where the boxers continue their throw of punch after breaks? Is Tinubu reinstating the governor alone? He will reinstate the protagonist and the antagonist and the rancours will continue. Efforts should be made to find a common ground between the HOA and the governor. I believe once the HoA and the governor resolve their differences the suspension will be lifted immediately. It is true this is not easy as written but Sim needs to be sincere in his approach to rapprochement as he does not have the ace here. The odds are obviously stacked against him.
