This all depends on the location of the land. The land alone go cost pass 500k in most areas where there is civilization.

You will need a land first of and a drawing.
Then possibly a QS to estimate.

What OP meant is that instead of paying 500k yearly if you find a way to gather 10-15 years rent money, you can erect such a structure.

I don't think 500k can build this.
This building may consume 800-900 blocks.
And if you are moulding, consider 50 bags of cement, and four trip of sand to get 900 blocks.
500k is gone already.

I would say 1.5M if you the builder put in some work.

Depends on the kind of interior design he wants.

Things are different now when you check prices of building materials. The window size is 4 feet,give or take the building is around 22 by 16 feet. Setting of blocks,minus plastering and flooring to linted level should not be less than 800,000 Naira

3 million naira will be just fine if you are wise, just make sure you turn yourself to a mathematician and follow the engineer and carpenter bumper to bumper
