Oh, so now the big strategy is digging up who praised Tinubu and expecting Obidients to cry tribal tears? Cute.

Let’s be clear: when Otti praised Tinubu, Obidients dragged him. When Makinde did, he got the smoke too. Nobody got a free pass — not even Okupe, who was Peter Obi’s campaign DG. He left, and guess what? We moved on. No tears. No tribal kumbaya. Just standards.

But of course, you already know that. You just need a new narrative to distract from the fact that your entire movement relies on dividing Nigerians by ethnicity because you have zero vision to sell.

This isn’t 2015. Nigerians are wide awake. Obidients are not bound by bloodline loyalty — we’re driven by principles, and if that threatens your recycled political machine, good.

So if you think 2027 will be about teaching “Igbo Obidients” a lesson, go ahead — try it. We’ll be right here, teaching Nigeria the lesson that tribal politics is dead.

Accepted there are obidients whom are tribalist but your argument may seem to suggest that Batist(supporters of Tinubu) are any different,it is a known fact that the fan base of Tinubu and its sole agenda is built on tribal hate and worst forms of nepotism.

Who asked him to pay? Is he not an adult? If someone demanded money, he could have asked questions, verified the source, or simply walked away. But to now spin this into a grand "clash" with Peter Obi? Please.

Let’s be clear: Peter Obi has never asked anyone to pay a dime to join the Obidient movement. And he certainly doesn’t need anyone to "collapse" their structure into his. People joined the movement willingly — not because they were offered cash or forced to merge anything.

This weak attempt to rewrite history and paint himself as a victim is dead on arrival. If your excuse for not standing with the Obidient movement is some shady payment story from 2022, just say you were never really committed. No need for fiction.

Obidients joined because of values — not transactions.

Dr Ope Banwo led the Naija Lives Matter structure within the Obidients Movement. He developed an app for the movement. However he has had a few clashes with Obidients.

His first clash occured when he was asked to pay some money to join a Peter Obi Support Group and to collapse his Naija Lives Matter structure into the support group. He refused. That was in 2022.

His second clash occurred after the elections when he tweeted that the elections were over and he was going to reconcile with his friends that he argued with during the campaigns (he reconciled with Segalink). He said that everybody should move on since elections were over. Obidients attacked him for this message.

This present clash occurred because he has been away for Twitter for a while and he came back to see that Obidients were attacking Akin Olaoye (Akin Tollgate) and accusing him of being a mole. He condemned the attacks, but he was also attacked by Obidients.

Propaganda. I pity the youths that will vote in their enemy.
How have they fared in the previous years? Majority of these people are doing well financially, so nothing concern them with the struggles of the average man.

it is no doubt majority of Obidents are igbos followed by delta/Benin, Middle belts, yorubas and Hausa/fulani but it is not by any means shape or form an igbo movement. it is for GOOD GOVERNANCE and beyond Peter Obi... I hope and I believe the assumed Leadership of the Obident movement sensitize the members and general Public on the purpose of the Obidents movement so everyone is on same page and aligned and not just assuming.

If Obidents do not show tact in disagreements amongst themselves they will not be united enough to work together or attract others to their fold which is important.

Peter as the 1st benefactor and inspiration for the Obidents must show more leadership. He's abit lacking in strategic leadership skills and seems more concerned in an opportunistic possibilty or self ambition.

This is very important to build anything of value and continum.

The level of insensitivity from APC and its supporters is honestly sickening.

Over 200 Nigerians were slaughtered in Benue, entire communities wiped out — and instead of addressing the genocide happening under their watch, they’re busy obsessing over Obidients.

This is what happens when power becomes more important than people. When propaganda matters more than lives. When a ruling party loses its moral compass so completely, it can’t even acknowledge the suffering of its own citizens.

Obidients this, Obidients that — is that your priority when bodies are piling up in Benue?
