Born on the 20th of January 2005, Queen Masalanabo Modjadji is the 7th reigning Queen of the Balobedu kingdom and will officially be coronated this year in August... After her mother's death in 2005, few months after her birth, her uncle was appointed as the regent until she came of age.

Balobedu people are a small ethnic group located in the Limpopo province, South Africa.

According to the Balobedu tradition, only females are allowed to ascend the throne and the tradition has been followed for the past 200 years... Her Queenship was officially recognised by the South African constitution last year under the Traditional Khoisan Leadership Act.

She started occasionally making public appearances alongside prominent South African figures as young as 10 years old under the guardianship of Mathole Motshekga, the family's adviser and his politician wife, Angie Motshekga.

Africa is rich in culture and tradition.
I hope the South African government is able to project and add this kingdom and palace to her many tourism destinations.

Nice but...

She doesn't even look like royalty

Just like another commoner.

Probably still being tutored in the ways of or not but something just doesn't show royalty there

That aura, carriage...

Just the way and manner with which she's supposed to carry herself

I don't see none of that.

Even the way she sits.

Maybe because she's still a child sha

Like a true Queen

Oh so u don't know there are ways Kings and Queens and other royal family members carry themselves
with a certain level of dignity, composure, and authority, reflecting their status and role.

This includes posture, demeanor, and even specific protocols and gestures.

She doesn't have any of those or rather I can't see them around her.
Re: Masalanabo Modjadji: The Youngest Reigning Queen In Africa by Samantha125(op): 10:11pm On Jun 14, 2025
All African royal families just look ordinary to me and the last three pictures were of her when she was between 10 and 13, she was just a child and not yet a queen...🤷🏿‍♀️🤷🏿‍♀️🤷🏿‍♀️... You can't expect a child to carry all those responsiblities.

But anyways, your opinion is your opinion and you're entitled to it.

Not true over here

There's a way u will just see and know there's something extra

That aura, charisma that oozes power and authority that can't be challenged

There's a thread of a little Nigerian princess who was involved in a horse show or something during a certain festival or so.

One look at her says a lot and she's still a kid.. so

As a woman, wasn't she supposed to fight for and protect women dignity?
What is the meaning of all the nudity under her watch?
If it was to be a king now, the feminists will call him pervert and call for his head on a spike.

Not over here huh... Is constitutional monarchy practiced in Nigeria? Someone is just been herself and you are trying to belittle her because she doesn't look vain.
