I am not saying I prefer Onyedika for the deep lying role. I am saying for now, Kelechi Nwakali's focus should be on making a name in club football. Not National team call up.

Relegated Lobi Stars, Heartland push to buy NPFL slots

Both Lobi Stars and Heartland may have been relegated from the NPFL, but they hope they could still feature in the top league next season by buying slots from any of the promoted clubs from the NNL.

Various sources told SCORENigeria that both Lobi and Heartland are “exploring” the option of buying slots to play again in the NPFL.

It was further gathered that generous Imo Governor Hope Uzodimma is again willing to spend big for Heartland to play in the NPFL after they were also relegated the previous.

As much as 500 Million Naira has been set aside to buy this NPFL slot.

Heartland took over the slot of Beyond Limits Academy to play in the NPFL this past season.

It was reported that good money changed hands, even though this was later denied.

A feat that equalled that of Kelvin De Bruyne.
Even our fullbacks and forwards can't do that.

System football as against freestyle. That's the contention. In the former players depend on the system, in the latter, players depend on their initiative. I prefer the later.

I didn't create and or control the football ⚽ market and or engineer player interest.

He is doing so well that " nobody is interested" why isn't Real Madrid and Barcelona not trying to sign him.

You say a player is outstanding and his hitting exceptional KPI's , yet no interest.

But that doesn't mean he has a replacement in the national team.
