Less than 24 hours after the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) in Lagos State flagged off its campaign for the Local Government elections, the People's Democratic Party (PDP) gathered to unveil its candidates.

Members of the PDP in Lagos State are currently presenting their candidates for chairmanship and councillorship to the state's 20 LGAs, 37 LCDAs, and 376 wards.

Despite the PDP's national concerns, the Party held a dignified event in Ikoyi to prepare for the LGA elections next month against the ruling APC and other parties.

Local government elections will be held on July 12th.

They practiced real democracy by removing three elected Governors not suspension oh, removed sitting Senate Presidents, snatched ballot boxes and sometimes finished the whole thumbprint a night before election.
