The Kaduna State Government is set to host President Bola Ahmed Tinubu GCFR on Thursday 19th June 2025 for the commissioning of various developmental projects.

These projects include;
* The Institute of Vocational Training and Skills Development located in Rigachikun, Soba, and Samarun Kataf;
* The 300-bed hospital;
* ⁠The 24 km Kafanchan Township Road;
* ⁠ The Tudun Biri Road;
* ⁠The 22 km road linking Kauru and Kubau Local Government Areas (LGAs);
* ⁠The Vocational and Skills Training Center in Tudun Biri;
* ⁠And 100 CNG buses, among other various legacy projects executed by Senator Uba Sani, CON.

President Tinubu will commission the Institute of Vocational Training and Skills Development in Rigachikun, located in Igabi Local Government Area (LGA) executed by Senator @ubasanius.

In addition to the Rigachikun center, Governor Uba Sani's administration has constructed two other Technical and Vocational Skills Acquisition Cities in Soba and Samaru Kataf, covering all three senatorial districts of the state.

These ambitious projects aim to transform Kaduna State into an IT hub, creating business opportunities and employment prospects while positioning it as a leading knowledge economy in Nigeria.

The centers can graduate hundreds of trainees each quarter, providing them with relevant certifications. The Kaduna State Vocational and Technology Skills Cities will offer training and certifications in various fields, including:

1. International Certifications: Microsoft, CISCO, Huawei
2. Oil & Gas: Welding and Fabrication, Articulated Vehicle Driving, Automobile Gas Conversion
3. Automotive Mechatronics
4. Solar Power Installation
5. Electrical Installation
6. Tiling
7. POP Making
8. Carpentry and Joinery
9. Fashion and Design
10. Aluminum Fabrication
11. Refrigeration and Air Conditioning

Uba Sani has been a remarkable figure. He respects Nigeria’s diversity and promotes religious harmony. If power is to return to the North, it should go to their very best , not to fundamentalists who would shut down schools for six weeks during Ramadan or pursue ideologically regressive agendas that will take Nigeria back again!!!

The skill training and acquisition Centre is very welcome. Skills and handwork is very critical for youth and national development.

This is governance or at least better governance. The governor has majorly worked and liased to solve the Southern Kaduna issues. It is what Tinubu talked about yesterday. We are here to govern, not do burial. Benue is the food basket of the nation. We have seen great agricultural strides from other states like Niger state. All we keep getting from Benue is news of herdsmen, governor fighting with his godfather. Let's see commisioning, governor solve your problems. The FG can help you but you are the one on ground. Politics is local, governance is local.
i'll also be frustrated if i was Director of a bank and they were sending me to bank branches to solve customer care problems. Not because i don't care, but because there are people there paid to do the job.
