How can we reconcile that?

The only Cadre under CONUASS II that earn less than 250k are Graduate Assistant and Assistant Lecturers. Barely 3 years on the Job.

Why do you guys like to come online to argue without fact checking.

This is an ongoing Lecturer job advert for OAU.
Lecturer 1 the annual salary is from 3 million to 4 million.
If is 3 million, then is about 250,000 naira monthly.

My own friend is a Lecturer in a Federal University, his monthly salary is not up to 300,000 naira and he is not a junior Lecturer.

I have the Salary scale of some Federal University's, but time will not allow me to post them.
