The hospital was conceived by Namadi Sambo and he was right there receiving President Tinubu at the event. He was pleased the President supported the state Governor to complete the project. Elrufai should stop wailing, he was a failure in Kaduna that's why nobody is following him to his failed coalition.

Glory hunters. As it is in the Federal so it is in the states. The hospital is one of the legacies of Elrufai, just like nearly all the "projects" Tinubu commissioned in Kaduna. The governors have discovered that Tinubu loves sycophancy so they are falling overselves to outdo each other. But legacy is earned, not claimed.

Below is a well documented sequence of Elrufai's impact on the project.

In Rivers, Tinubu supports Wike over Fubara and even proceeded to remove Fubara illegally from power, but he supports Uba Sani over Elrufai in Kaduna. He supports Akume over Governor Alia and even went to Benue to openly lash at the governor. Everything he does is for his own self-interest. He does not even pretend to be neutral. Very unpresidential! At least, Buhari maintained neutrality which is what one would expect of a national leader.

However that hospital should been named after former VP Sambo who started it.

But just imagine, Sambo started it before he was appointed as VP. He spent 6 years as VP while one loiter was governor for that 6 years, Hell Ruffian too was governor for 8 years making it 14 years, yet it wasn’t completely. Thank God for this guy who spent 2 years to complete it making it a total of 16 years or more. All these projects was initiated by mallam did he complete them No, but he did a substantial work. The loan collected you think Uba will be totally exonerated from it?
The township road in kaf was like 70% completed only asphalt laying was left.
The light train project and KdBrt was the brain of Mallam. You may not like Mallam but he's the architect of modern Kaduna.
The 300 bed hospital in millienium city was initiated by Sambo, yakowa worked on it before he passed away, Mallam came and did his part then Uba and did his and completed it. Why take all the credit and leave others out?

With the increased FAAC he's receiving from FG has to do something.

Vocational training centres

With all the monies sef he's still not paying minimum wage.
