Why is Mikel so hard on Jackson though? Iwobi had a red card similarly at afcon 21 and we would have broken the head of anyone who called it a stupid mistake

Reliable strikers would play 89mins with no impact and in the last minute they will appear from nowhere and most times create chances for themselves and it's a goal. As at today, Delap to me isn't upto an average striker that will prosper Chelsea to victory, mostly when Chelsea midfield is run over

Years ago, there is a TV station in Benin city, ITV and every night/match days, they used to show Brazilian league live, mostly Corinthians matches, that was when Tevez was playing at Corinthians. I was always awake to watch these matches and it was beauty to behold

this is where Osimhen comes in then. Osimhen doesn't rely on only midfield plays to get his goals, if the midfield is not supplying, he can get goals through other ways like pressing, winning penalties, scoring from "impossible" positions etc. That's why he manages to win trophies for his club, he gets the goals out of nothing and secures maximum points even when the rest of the team is being run over.

I won't be too quick to say South American Football is at par with Europe. The European sides are exhausted after a long season. Their levels of play usually drop off in the second half due to fatigue.
