They are big time f**ls, av been battling with clients transactions uptill now. Its time CBN puts heavy sanctions when downtime goes for too long. Haba they don't even care about emergency or life threatening cases of customers they just go to sleep comfortably. It's very common to Zenith bank.

Let's stop defending incompetence and negligence. For Christ Sake this is 2025, the world has gone fully digital wit AI making life easy by performing task that seems impossible, yet we are still suffering from network issues from our commercial banks which will take them days or weeks to be resolved.

It's normal to have a network failure, but it shouldn't take days to resolve it, almost everyone is running a cashless policy. Do u knw the discomfort the customers will be facing?

It was about the time I also dumped them. For me it wasn't even the downtime that was becoming one too many, it was their arrogance. They will never acknowledge these issues, respond to the complaints or, apologise to their customers.

i provided all evidence and bank statement that shows the money was sent to a zenith bank.
it took more than a week for the money to drop
i know the type of probkem we faced from d receiver....
we had to pay her again on a different account after she signed an agreement that she would refund...
when she refunded we told her we would never do business with her again...

How is that the recipient fault?
She should work without evidence of payment?
Also she refunded the money earlier paid as promised.
If you were in her shoes what will you have done?

Those that were saying all sorts when piggyvest had a glitch should see their traditional banks now.
That's the first ever glitch I knew since I started using piggyvest and it was resolved instantly.

Our traditional banks in Nigeria operate with so much incompetence, and the annoying part is they run it in your face. Their impunity is just so much and very annoying.

Good it was not the first time, ive paid her multiple times sent receipt in pdf....
i think that period zenith bank had issues and everyone using the bank was aware
2) i went to my bank printed a statement of that particular transaction with bank stamps and signatures she said it was fake.
3 she involved the police until i had to pay her again the second time on a different account and she agreed to refund once the money sent to her zenith bank drops...
she should have come out plain and explained she needed that money urgently
and cant wait for her bank to fix their network issues.
she made so much noise that i did a fake transfer to her bank account....
