It operates itself and ads just keep popping up.

Guess she must have inadvertently installed a rogue app.

I recommend u restore factory settings... Delete Bible app and phonix app... If it's there

Go to Settings - Installed Apps - and check for apps that has no icon, no name, or Apps that has same icon twice… there is your malware/spyware.

Boot into Safe Mode to stop the rogue app from running.
Manually uninstall suspicious or unknown apps.
Use a trusted antivirus to scan for hidden malware.
Avoid installing apps outside the Play Store later
Do a factory reset

In addition to the above recommendation, you might want to set up your private DNS (check Google for your model specific navigation guidance). I have tried Adguard and it's quite good

pick up the phone, check the history of all the browsers in it, you may find the answer there

After you've done what is advised, put it in child mode and be in control of the apps that enter.

Mune suffered for months with pornographic content popping and she could not talk till one day she had to call me and said its been on for months and didn't know how to ask for help.

Go to Settings - Installed Apps and check for apps that has no icon, or Apps that has same icon twice… there is your malware/spyware.

Stop buying those cheap chinese fake phones you people wont hear. you are better off buying UK used of a good brand like samsung, Iphone, Google pixel etc stop buying trash like tecno infinix and itel

Reset to factory.
She probably installed one of these apps.

My phone once fell victim. Anytime you see those nonsense ads just just go to recent apps from your settings. Any app you see as the recently opened is the rogue app. Delete it and your problem will be solved. It's a very annoying situation operating your phone and those useless things pop up.

First, turn off your data,
go to settings,
more connections,
private DNS
select private DNS host name
Enter this dns.adguard.com
Save

Turn on your data

No ads will disturb you again.

If you deleted recently installed Apps and it didn't work, take the phone to Carlcare Centre near since its Tekno phone, they will run software upgrade on it, make sure you backup any important information on the phone before going because they will flash the phone

It happened to me once. Install Avast Security app on your phone, subscribe just for one month at a very low cost. It will help you locate the irritating add virus and delete it for you.
