When Seun said, explain in practical terms how the policies of your party in government has affected the lives of Nigerians, I saw Muoka's soul left his body. He sank into his chair, took a deep breath and suddenly realized that he was scamming his self.

The APC is an amalgamation of highway robbers, sponsors of terrorism and kleptocrats. I do not blame them. I blame the PDP for handing over power to the worst set of political buccaneers and economic rapists ever known in black African history.

Nigeria will never move an inch forward until and unless Nigerians wake up and realise that they are in bed with treasury looters, electoral thieves and judicial bandits.

Since 2015 that they stole their way to power, Nigeria has been in a reverse gear in practically all sectors.

Buhari destroyed the country in record proportions, handed over to his incompetent friend who took mediocrity to insane levels. He even brags about his incompetence and shows it off as if its an achievement to be a disaster. Here we are today.

He changed the national anthem to the colonial one. That's his only visible achievement.

Me sef I tire. No one with conscience can defend APC. Even APC people sef tire for themselves. All you find will be their boi boi talking rubbish, while they suffer their own misery in silence.

Even yesterday, we read Ribadu telling us how hunger and poverty were propelling insecurity.

Tinubu’s policies may be aimed at long-term economic reform, but in real-world terms, many citizens are worse off than they were two years ago.

People want results they can feel: lower food prices, reliable electricity, functioning health care, safe roads — and so far, most of that is still missing.
If he was doing the long term policy and was also spending wisely, it's fine,

U cant put people in abject poverty then be buying cars and jet with their money, that's a slap to their face na

How many farmers have assess to these tractors if even they are available? What's is the multiplayer effect of this tractor? Food security. Is there food?

Let's compare and contrast:

Chelsea reform vs Tinubu Reform

I think Tinubu's reform and that of Chelsea is the same; long term reforms.
But, in setting long term reforms, you try to make it easier for the people to take the reform steps by steps as they go.

Now, this is where Chelsea reform is doing better than Tinubu reform cool ;

Chelsea, although having long term plans, they won the conference league, finished in the top 4, and playing the club world cup. By this, it means while their fans looks towards the long term enjoyment and success of the club, they can leverage on their little achievements to trust the club. kiss kiss

But, APC and Tinubu reform is totally different. They have a long term plan, but they are not focusing on lifting the burdens and making things lighter as they go, this makes it hard for the citizens to trust and follow their process...

Therefore, Tinubu reform and Chelsea reform are one in objectives and vision, but different in approach and trust.
Chelsea spent over a billionaire to get their players and i swear, they will never make half of that money if they decides to start selling and they are never going to win major trophies with those players in the next 10yrs.
Instead of investing over a billionaire on a bloated inexperienced players, why not use the money to buy 12 classic players that can guarantee u success just like Real Madrid.

For Tinubu,
He is not making any reform. Man is just creating money for himself to loot. It was exactly what he did in Lagos.
He did nothing as a governor other than milking the people to create more money for the govt and guess what, he looted all.
If fashola and the governors after him were as greedy as him, i bet you, they wouldn't have done anything. They would have probably looted and walk away.
Tinubu will not do anything as a president, he will rather wait for the next person that will take over from him to do something and then his praise singers will start saying it was because of his reforms
That's the template. It worked for him in Lagos but Nigeria is not Lagos
The next president wont keep quiet like fashola or ambode or sanwo olu and watch all their achievements given to a man that did nothing in his time.

We watch

If you don't know PBAT's achievements in 2 years, I think you're deliberately mischievous!

Most of his policies are things that should have been implemented years and decades ago. His bold reforms have repositioned Nigerian economy and have set us on the path of real growth where we aren't eating investments meant for future generations.

However, some of the immediate gains of PBAT's govt in 2 years are as follows:

1. Debt servicing to revenue ratio is down to ~60% from 98% under Buhari
2. Clearance of forex backlog of close to $7B including backlog owed foreign airlines
3. Data center by Interior Ministry that helps us monitor persons of interest entering or leaving Nigeria
4. Passport reforms plus airports reform
5. Removal from bad list of the aviation countries (Cape Town Convention)
6. Band A Electricity customers enjoy 20-24hours of power daily
7. Abuja rural township renewal by constructing new roads
8. Improved revenue and allocations to all tiers of govt
9. The new Tax reforms ready for Presidential assent
10. Improvement in security in States like Kaduna..., especially Kaduna
11. LGA Autonomy (right step towards restructuring)
12. Naira stability (no more arbitrage in forex market)

Let me know if you want more!! grin

The question is straight forward, how has this administration benefitted the common man on the street? Even with what you stated above, how has this benefitted the commoner on the street who spends buying food, clothes and paying different forms of bills? For instance, in 2014, a commoner can buy a 50kg of rice for N5,500 while his salary his minimum wage was N18,000 to N20,000. Even an average teacher can afford to buy 150kg of rice with his salary if he/she so wish. Fast-forward to 2025, a 50kg of rice trails between N60,000 to N90,000 depending on your location while minimum wage is still at N70,000. While in 2014, your minimum age can literally take you home, in 2025, your minimum wage can't push you through the doors of the company you work, talk less of taking you home. This is not cooking gas, not school fees and the likes... Aways from the paper achievements and political jargons, how has this APC government ease the pains of the commoner in Nigeria? Please, list those ways

Thank you

Re: Comedian Mocks APC Spokesperson Morka Over Channels TV Interview (Video) by ladenz(m): 12:24pm On Jun 25, 2025
He actually has a point and this is the agenda APC has been pushing. We met things bad and we need to go through rough times for things to improve. Now there are 2 things to point out,

1. Things got really really bad during the last 8 years of this same party's rule. I might be wrong but I don't agree with him that Nigeria was at the point of collapse during Obasanjo and Jonathan's time. It was bad but got worse in Buhari's regime.

2. Secondly, for a Government that is trying to get us to accept austerity measures, the optics they are showing us are really bad. The wasteful spending on things that only Govt officials benefit personally has not reduced at all. The expensive cars, billions spent on Govt facilities, yachts, private jets, unnecessary large contingents on foreign trips, monetary hand outs to senators etc. This Govt might actually be achieving something good on the long run but they have to lead by example. Too much money is being wasted in public glare for you to be telling Nigerians to bear with the suffering.

We must commend the ministers who appear to be doing a good job like Festus and that guy in immigration. Kundus to them.
