Tomorrow is 25th, which direction are we heading to RED or GREEN??
It's supposed to happen today, but it's scared. The resistance has refused to let us push through. I hope you know I'm not the controller of the market, I'm just someone who specialises in mastering the game and its manipulative moves.

I'm going to short, hoping I get liquidated for the market to pump so that everyone will jubilate and swim in profit.

I want to be the sacrificial lamb.

What are 3-4 days not to trade BTC

ChatGPT:
Here are 3–4 key days when it's generally NOT ideal to trade Bitcoin (BTC) — due to high volatility, low liquidity, or market manipulation risk:

1. Major U.S. Federal Reserve (FOMC) Decision Days
Why avoid: Markets become hyper-volatile due to interest rate decisions and Powell’s press conference. BTC often whipsaws before direction becomes clear.
Examples: FOMC meetings (usually 8 per year; check Federal Reserve Calendar).

2. U.S. CPI Data Release Days (Monthly Inflation Report)
Why avoid: CPI reports spark major reactions in traditional markets, which trickle into BTC via risk-on/off sentiment.
Release time: Usually the second Wednesday of each month at 8:30 AM EST.
Typical behavior: BTC pumps or dumps in seconds — hard to predict.

3. Year-End Holidays (Dec 24–Jan 2)
Why avoid:
Thin liquidity, easy manipulation.
Whales can easily shake out retail or trap latecomers during Santa rallies or New Year dumps.

Pattern: Sudden spikes and fakeouts, followed by reversals in early January.

4. April 15 or U.S. Tax Deadlines
Why avoid: Investors often sell assets to cover tax bills.
Result: Sudden sell pressure and unpredictable drops.
Note: This is more relevant in years where crypto gains were big the previous year.

Optional Bonus:
Post-ETF listing hype days or major exchange listing days
Often cause "sell the news" events.

ChatGPT:
Would you like a calendar version with 2025’s FOMC + CPI + holidays marked as “no-trade” zones?

User:
I don't care about CPI and FOMC. Just tell me the day of the week with low volatilities.

ChatGPT:
Got it — if you’re looking purely for days of the week with low volatility for Bitcoin (BTC), here’s how it typically plays out:

📉 LOWEST VOLATILITY DAYS (Avoid for Trading):

1. Sunday
Why: Traditional markets are closed, fewer traders active.
Effect: Tight ranges, low volume, boring price action — or sudden illiquid wicks.

2. Monday
Why: Market participants are waiting for traditional finance (Wall Street) cues.
Effect: Often consolidates or retraces weekend moves; not ideal for breakout trades.

⚠️ MIXED / NEUTRAL:

3. Wednesday
Why: Sometimes sees mid-week setups forming or failed breakouts.
Effect: Can go either way — not too volatile, not too dead.

🔥 HIGH VOLATILITY DAYS (Best for Trading):
Tuesday, Thursday, and especially Friday — these are when BTC tends to break out, trend, or react to broader market events.

✅ Final Summary:
If you're looking for 3–4 days NOT to trade BTC due to low volatility, they are:

1. Sunday
2. Monday
3. (Sometimes) Wednesday
Re: Crypto Currency Investors Thread by iLegendd(m): 1:03am On Jun 26, 2025
I'll be adding Wednesday to the days I'll not touch my trading app.

Now, the restriction starts from 3AM on Saturday and stops at 3AM on Monday. Then another lock is the entirety of Wednesday.

So, Saturday, Sunday and Wednesday, no trade for me. Even if BTC pumps of dumps 10% in those days, I'll just fold my hands and watch with zero interest even if I have a liquidation at stake.

But, if it's 20-30+% move in a single day (black swan or parabolic pump), then the rule is void on that particular day.

In this game, if you don't have days you avoid the market TOTALLY, no matter what, you'll never have full emotional control.

Inactive: Sat, Sun, Wed.
Active: Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri.
Re: Crypto Currency Investors Thread by iLegenddd:
These spacing gives you room to allow your trade grow or shrink.

You can't water a plant every single day and hour and expect it not to die.

If you want to build muscle at the gym, there are days you won't exercise to allow your body grow. I hope you get the point.

Different Sell Period

1. Two days & half (wait till 3AM Sat)
2. Two weeks and half (3AM Sat) or
3. Two months and half (3AM Sat) or
4. Two months x 4 and half
5. Two years and half (3AM Sat)

The one of 2 days and half is my swing trade. (ST)

The one of 2 weeks and half is prolonged swing trade (PST)

The one of 2 months and half is when you bought at 1 week twice as tall volume + the wall of China + -10% dump day and USDT dominance bottomed that day too.(Position Trade). This is the second best time for institutions to load up.

The one of 2 years and half is bear market No-DJ bottom purchase. Bought in December 2022 and to sell two years and half later, being June of 2025.) The best time for institutions to load.

Let's your trading style be boring, mechanical and predictable.

Let your buy and sell be predictable, else your being emotional and you'll pay the price.
Re: Crypto Currency Investors Thread by iLegenddd: 2:16am On Jun 26, 2025
Let me use the image below to explain.

Saturday, market is going down but you're powerless because you cant violate your rules. Sunday, it went down to 98.2k but you still can't buy. Monday, 3AM, you jumped in and bought at 100 to 101k.

That Monday you bought is considered day 1. Tuesday is day 2 and Wednesday is day 3, which is regarded as 2 days and half.

You're supposed to sell, but with Wednesday added as a no trade day, you'll have to sell on a few minutes before Wednesday or wait till Wednesday is over or till 3AM on Saturday (the official sell day).

This is you being mechanical and it's important.

Now, here is the deal. Other metrics you usually use must be met before you take this action, else, you'll upgrade to waiting for 2 weeks and half.

After two weeks and half and metrics to sell are not met, you'll have to wait 2 months and half. One day, your metrics will be met and you'll sell in huge profit.

Does this mean you'll always be right? No. The game is not about always being right, but always being consistent and mechanical — it helps you control emotions and know when to leave from the day you entered.

Re: Crypto Currency Investors Thread by iLegendd(m): 6:50am On Jun 26, 2025
I mostly listen to other people's trading psychology stories and I noticed we, humans, are all the the same.

Last night, while listening to one on YouTube, a section of the video caught my attention the most because it's 100% the same mindset the wall of Jericho and China was built.

I had to translate that part to text as a reminder to myself. It's just so powerful and relatable to me. It's the best way to trade and NOTHING more.

Read the text on the 4 images below and thank me later.

I disagree with this. Reason been every serious trader should have a percentage target set already as soon as they go long/short.

If you have to wait for certain days, you become too emotional and will want to find a better spike or better profit.

The market is dynamic, yes, there are patterns that guide us as traders but in trading today, everyone is trading against robot that are carrying out split second buy/sell orders, so waiting for specific times to hit the sell button is not advisable

Btc is already @ $108k, but surprisingly altscoins seems to be even lower in prices now than when BTC was @ 104k.shouldn't this alts be following BTC movements?

If you're a trader (day-trader), your disagreement is valid, but if you're not, you need to reconsider.

Since this year, my post has only swing traders and above in mind — people who can hold for a minimum of 2 days.

If you're into day-trading, this guy's method would be better. Look at how I have forgotten his moniker. The guy that uses volume data. His posts are usually great for scalpers and day-traders.

For me, I can't remember when last I checked the 12 hours timeframe let alone 4 hours—they now irritate me. I'm more on long term trades and that's why my systems are built on waiting for good entries.

I was watching a video on YouTube, the title attracted me and the moment he started mentioning 4 hours and 15 minutes timeframe, I closed it because I know it's not my style. Used to be, but not anymore.

So, for a scalper, you're right.

Leverage is only wonderful when you're able to make some money, it's just another form of gambling which exposes you to serious loss as you hold no product.
Spot and chill, this is the gateway to making it in the cryptosphere.

I respectfully disagree. Spot is the good, no doubt but leverages like 2x - 4x is the best. Imagine buying a coin with say 1k usdt and it moves 25% upwards, that's a whole 100% Return on investment.

Spot is good when man don get better bread, nor be our small 100-200usdt. Spot when small thing fit cause loss of live for this our 9ja.

Respect teacher, you're someone i hold in high esteem is this our small community

Thanks for your contribution, boss. Even though we are almost saying the same thing, in spot, you fully own the assets you purchase, allowing you to hold them be it long-term, short term or transfer them to a wallet for security.
Leverage, positions are often tied to the platform, and you don’t always have direct ownership of the underlying asset, but gambling. In spot, I could buy low, and sell high which makes me a trader, or hold long term, which makes me an investor. But leverage, makes a gambler. Ask them, most of them lose their money even though they may at one time make money, it goes away. Gambling is gambling, it has no any other name.

I respect you more, sir🙏🏽

BTC is precariously positioned at the moment. Trump's trying to force Powell to cut rate. Cut rate, or watch the world crash on your head.... Stock market is in death mode already. But they won't die. 😁
There is significant pressure on Powell from all sides, including from members of the Federal Reserve itself.
