I am a new user but I've exhausted my capabilities so please I'll take any advice as I have no idea what to do.

This Wednesday I did an over the counter deposit of 100k (#100,000)at the Access bank close to my work place around 3pm because I'm on the night shift and it's just easier since I don't want to carry that amount of cash around on me to work.I got an alert that it was successful but around 7pm that same day I got a series of debit alerts that all the funds from my account has been transferred out ,I immediately tried to call Access bank customer care but I was told the number was Invalid.Every penny of the 100k was taken out without my authorization.
Yesterday I went to the branch I deposited the money and the customer service agent told me it was from my mobile app which I've never had ,I don't even use an ATM card for my access bank account because I only have it to receive my salary,the place I work at only pays into access.
The only reason I put the money in my access bank account is because my Opay app was not functioning properly at the time and I didn't want to take the cash to work.Now the customer service agent is telling me to wait till Monday and that there's only a 20% chance that I'll recover the money .
Help the money is not mine it's for someone close to me and it was given to me for safekeeping till next week,I don't know what to please can anyone help me.

OP the transaction was authorized - just not by you.

I don't think you need your money yet... You never download mobile App, and you were told it was their mobile App they use to transfer your money and you left the bank?

I go rather die there or they give me back my money. They never born any bank to try that with me... For this kind time wey every kobo count..

Take this home, you cannot get your money back with a gentle man approach.

You don't need your money yet... Did you asked them when and how you download their App? Which phone brand downloaded the App? Which email address or phone number dem take receive the code to activate the mobile App? You just left there when you suppose create a very big drama that will make their manager call you inside, beg you, offer you drinks before counting your money give you...

Before you go on Monday, make sure you make your mind, either to come back home or land in police net if you really need your money. Before then, go on twitter, go and tag people like Sowore, Harrrison and very dark man one of them may send someone to help you. Tag the bank too and CBN.

On Monday will it still work to do this .Please

Once you reach on Monday, just insist on seeing the manager. When you see him or her what happened and let the manager know that you won't leave there until you get you money back.

Should I make the post on Twitter today or when can I do that and please what did you mean by landing myself in police net.

@madridguy thank you so much I went really early today and she just said the money was taken from a mobile app and she will report it to anti fraud that I should come back early on Monday,that's why I left

did you give anybody your phone or did anybody touch your phone

is there any alternative phone number that's not your's linked to your bank account

No I only linked one number to the account as I just created it to be able to receive my salary

post on Twitter, Facebook and instagram with proof and evidence

Tag them there

And the person you meet on counter the day you want to deposit 100k might know about it

Find all your ways to get the 100k from them

Access bank staff are the one behind the debit on your account

No follow them laugh at all

Change for all of the staff there

Tell them to give you your bank statement for this month

Be strict with them on Monday they'll refund you asap

Your problem started when u opened that account.

U allowed those idiots there to see more details about ur acct and now,one of their staff have used another cunny means to withdrew everything in that acct.

Trust me....your money was moved by those bank staffs.
That was how one helped me in opening an account with fidelity.....he kept calling me the know how much I deposited and I didn't tell him

Next I noticed was that little money kept missing from my account without debit...like 1500..1000
Every day...I can't use my fidelity account and come back to meet the exact amount I left there .....I just kukuma dump the account.

@ibechris2 I only opened the account because my workplace only pays salaries into access bank and I specifically opened it for my salary

@Nemisis0147 it seems like they were all in on it because the way the customer service agent was answering me sef was somehow and she keeps asking me leading questions like she wants me to admit to something

Here's what you should do NOW MISTURA03

EMAIL ACCESS BANK AND CBN FRAUD UNIT WITH ALL (EVIDENCE) TRANSACTIONS ALERT.

HERE'S HOW.

EMAIL ACCESS BANK AND PROVIDE ALL THE EVIDENCE SO THAT THEY WILL ACKNOWLEDGE THAT TRULY YOUR MONEY IS MISSING.

BUT MAKE SURE IN THE EMAIL YOU COPY CBN FRAUD UNIT SO THAT CBN WILL ALREADY KNOW THAT YOU HAVE A CASE.

IF THEN BO REFUND YOUR MONEY ASAP MAKE I KNOW WHY.
