Activist judges have been informed by SCOTUS that God doesn't wear black robes.
I've been complaining all along calling them Obama Clinton Biden judges . They are deliberately sabotaging the Trump administration.
In Maryland any illegal filing suit against deportation automatically gets an injunction in his favour, whether he is detained in a different jurisdiction.
It's a big win, I dont rule out Trump being vindictive henceforth.

You people are quite naive, Felon 47, unconstitutional analysis is the opinion of this Court, they know how to communicate with themselves and they have told him time and again that they will defer to him and not stop him. This Supreme Court will overturn Birthright citizenship and tell us that it only applied to children of the enslaved and not anymore. The majority opinion was loads of rubbish. By limiting decisions to individual plaintiffs you are causing chaos and uncertainty to many, especially those in unfriendly states for immigrants this, chipping away their rights little by little.

This Court is was than Taney Court which ruled on the infamous Dred Scott decision. It will never be well with American Conservative Christians. They are demons not Christians. These people are evil.

What's interesting is that they didn't actually rule on the Birthright citizenship.
What they did is decide that laws are legal or illegal based on the state of who brings the suit.
I understand that nation-wide injunctions have some inherent flaws, but the alternative is a piecemeal way of stopping an Executive branch that decides to push an illegal action.
So, legality of a Federal action depend on what state you live in.
It's silly.
Say that a Fed. Judge in a Massachusetts district puts an injunction on the Birthright citizenship and another in a Texas district does not.
That means children born in Massachusetts would be citizens and children born in Texas would not be?

If someone like beneruca (BIG IF) lives in the united states, he’s previously stated he can’t vote in American elections because he’s either ’s not a citizen or more sensibly does not live in America.

If he does, any kids he manages to sire in America will not have American citizenship depending on their state of residence.

So I would like know what exactly is exciting to them about this current administration-if everything the administration has been doing does or will impact them in some way.

Today’s ruling, although purely procedural, practically sets different citizenship standards in different states/judicial circuits.
