Canadian citizen who was a Trump supporter since 2016 dies in ICE custody.

He used to share posts saying we need to enforce more immigration laws. Immigration law says you can’t be a green card holder and commit a crime. He committed crimes while being only a resident. He really thought it was only for others AKA brown people.

And He’s posted too that the Trump train was unstoppable. I guess the train hit him directly this time.
You can't make some of this stuff up.

You don't implement socialists policies in capitalist New York. His policies are beautiful in theory, that is if they even are and ugly and problematic in practice. There is no successful socialists country in the world.

The Far-left of the party is why Orange won in 2016. They are saboteurs and not team players. They are the reason why Palestine today is nothing but finished because they didn't have the political sense to support the one candidate who would have at least acknowledged the humanity of the Palestinian people.
They are lunatics because they don't have political instincts and their policies are horrible in practicality. Also, when Biden forgave student laws and passed progressive legislation what did they do? They insulted him and critiqued him over Gaza and never for once appreciated that policy.

They are part of the reason why Orange was re-elected because dumb Americans think that those lunatics are the face of the party.

For the sake of the prosperity of New York, I hope he loses in the general election. I don't mind that corrupt Adams in power but a socialist would ruin New York. Also, when Republicans come for denaturalization we must thank the Pro-Palestine leftists for the part they played in getting Americans there.

Good for them all.
New York is very unique in its unaffordableness.
New things/ideas may not be a bad idea.
But something like rent stabilization isn't a new NY thing anyhow.
I don't see New York ever failing as an Economic Powerhouse.

I don't know enough about the election.
But spoke to two friends last week about the election, one runs a Fund the other a partner in a big wall st. bank.
Both would get hurt if he raises taxes, but both voted for him.

Below are the historical tax rates.
There was a time taxes were higher on the higher earners and the US was still successful.

Cococandy and Ijebos, also happney65, feedthenation, nateevs and other sane people I didn't block. grin

I follow the U.S. Supreme Court and American law and I just remembered that this Supreme Court allowed an illegal law called SB8 the Texas Abortion bounty hunter law remain in effect when Roe v. Wade was still the law of the Land and wasn't overturned as at then.

SB8 was illegal because Roe v Wade was still the law of the Land as at 2021. I listened to the oral arguments and followed up that case as I usually do. These partisan hacks called Justices allowed that illegal law take effect directly contravening Roe because they intended to dismantle Roe.
The Court is doing the same thing with birthright citizenship that case was a precedent for what's happening. The way they ruled in this universal Injunction suit on procedural grounds without tackling the question on birthright citizenship was exactly what they did in SB8. They allowed an illegal law remain in effect so if you think they will not allow an illegal executive order think again. grin

Some naive folks might argue that, Roe is different abortion isn't in the constitution, but citizenship is, lol. It seems you are not familiar with their argument. They didn't say birthright citizenship isn't in the constitution they are telling you that it only applied to children of the enslaved back then. If you don't want to be enslaved no citizenship for you today. cheesy and I am very sure that this ludicrous legal argument has 5 votes on the Supreme Court. The coming months are going to be insane.

The fact that they didn't toss out that
executive order completely tells me all that I need to know on where this is going.
Right, I also think they are angling to get rid of it.
This Supreme Court sees themselves as the de facto legislature.
Making news laws by gutting and upending century old understandings of the law.

Can't make this stuff up.
In order to convict Abrego Garcia they are releasing a violent convict who was supposed to be deported and will be giving him a work permit as well.

The Trump administration has agreed to release from prison a three-time felon who drunkenly fired shots in a Texas community and spare him from deportation in exchange for his cooperation in the federal prosecution of Kilmar Abrego García, according to a review of court records and official testimony.

Jose Ramon Hernandez Reyes, 38, has been convicted of smuggling migrants and illegally reentering the United States after having been deported. He also pleaded guilty to “deadly conduct” in the Texas incident, and is now the government’s star witness in its case against Abrego.

The government illegally deported Abrego to a notorious megaprison in El Salvador in March, and stonewalled for weeks after the Supreme Court ordered the Trump administration to facilitate his return to the United States. Officials flew the Maryland resident back into the country this month, but only after a grand jury had indicted him on charges of migrant smuggling, in part because of Hernandez’s testimony.

...

“It’s wild to me,” said Lisa Sherman Luna, executive director of the Tennessee Immigrant and Refugee Rights Coalition. “It’s just further evidence of how the government is using Kilmar’s case to further their propaganda and prove their political point.”

Justices Clarence Thomas is 76 and Samuel Alito 75, these candidates are due for retirement due to age. And also strategic timing to ensure likeminded successors.

Chief Justice John Roberts 70 and is less likely to retire, given his relatively younger age and he has expressed commitment to serving longer.

Raumdeuter, Basilico, LordAdam16, LordReed: who should replace these judges?

2 judges that could replace the retired judges are:

Judge James Ho, 52, Appointed by Trump in 2017,
Ho clerked for Justice Thomas.

Judge Andrew Oldham, 45, Appointed by Trump in 2018, Oldham clerked for Justice Alito and has a jurisprudence described as Alito-esque.
Don't know who is the best but if the have to retire let them do while while Trump still has the Senate. Trump complained about the recommendations he got from the Federalist Society a few weeks ago.

Democrats made a mistake. Sotomayor refused to retire hoping Hillary would nominate her successor .
Mitch McConnell refused to advance Garland nomination to SCOTUS after death of Scalia. No wonder Garland went after Trump with everything he had.

Democrats are liars. If they told the truth about their intentions they would never win any election.
It's that simple.
To cover up they are experts in attacking every conservative opinion.Their vote is usually uniform on early every matter ,if they are in power they nearly always vote for any bill they push forward. When out of power they will always vote No for almost every Republican bill.

Republicans are also not helpful. They always want to grandstand ,most bills pass through narrowly with a few RINOs taking turns to oppose many bills in quite a large number of cases.
My guy feeling is that RINOs want Trump to lose the house in the midterms.
At least 8 will quit Congress next year.
Are there any RINO or Rhinoceros left in the party ?
List them.

There’s no comparison here. the BYD market seems like a scam. Did you watch the video?
bemeruca:
Its not a claim. The car industry in China is going under.
From "seems" to "claim", like you don't know what words mean.

Below is from AI.

Tesla is facing multiple challenges, including declining sales, especially in key markets like Europe and China, and a negative impact from Elon Musk's public persona and political activities. Additionally, the company is experiencing a drop in stock price and faces scrutiny regarding its profitability and reliance on regulatory credits.
Here's a more detailed look at the issues:
Sales Decline:

Tesla is experiencing a significant drop in sales, particularly in Europe and China, where overall EV sales are increasing.
Sales in the UK and Germany have seen dramatic declines, with some markets experiencing drops of over 50% reported by Ars Technica,.
China's domestic market has also seen an 8% decline in Tesla sales compared to the previous year
.
Here's a claim Tesla is losing on its home ground.
https://wolfstreet.com/2025/06/10/despite-teslas-sales-drop-total-ev-penetration-in-the-us-rises-to-record-9-8-by-model-usa-made-content/

And if you google you'd come across lots of videos like the one below, so it seems some are claiming the Tesla is in worse trouble, but I'll wait and see. What I have found is consumers are spending less, and that will affect all car sales, especially electric that many are still sceptical about.

Jf the supreme court can remove or stop birthright citizenship directly or indirectly. Something that is written in black and white in the constitution.

A Dem President will definitely come tommorow too and try and remove the right of Americans to bear Guns. Most especially dangerous guns as Americans have used it to cause more deaths to themselves even more than actual war zones

Two can play the game.

Clearly RINO.

Below is a list of current members of the U.S. House of Representatives and Senate (as of June 30, 2025) who have been labeled as "RINOs" (Republicans In Name Only) by various sources, including posts on X and web references. The term RINO is a pejorative used to describe Republicans perceived as insufficiently conservative or disloyal to the party's ideology, often associated with moderate stances or criticism of Donald Trump. Note that this label is subjective, often tied to specific actions like voting for Trump's impeachment, supporting bipartisan legislation, or opposing his agenda. The list focuses on current members of the 119th Congress and is based on available information from web sources and X posts.

Current Senate Members Labeled as RINOs
The Senate has 100 members, with 53 Republicans, 45 Democrats, and 2 Independents caucusing with Democrats in the 119th Congress. The following current Republican senators have been labeled as RINOs, primarily for actions such as voting to convict Trump during his second impeachment, supporting the Bipartisan Infrastructure Bill, or being perceived as moderate:

Susan Collins (Maine): Frequently cited as a RINO due to her moderate voting record, including support for bipartisan legislation and her vote to convict Trump in his second impeachment trial.

Lisa Murkowski (Alaska): Labeled a RINO for her independent streak, voting to convict Trump in his second impeachment, and supporting bipartisan measures like the Infrastructure Bill.

Mitch McConnell (Kentucky): Called a RINO by Trump supporters for criticizing Trump’s actions after the January 6 Capitol attack and supporting bipartisan legislation, despite his long conservative record.

John Cornyn (Texas): Cited as a RINO for his willingness to work across the aisle and occasional criticism of Trump’s rhetoric.

Thom Tillis (North Carolina): Labeled a RINO for his vote to convict Trump in the second impeachment and his dealmaking tendencies, such as supporting bipartisan immigration reforms.

Lindsey Graham (South Carolina): Occasionally called a RINO for his past willingness to work with Democrats, despite his strong support for Trump in recent years.

Bill Cassidy (Louisiana): Identified as a RINO for voting to convict Trump in his second impeachment trial.

Joni Ernst (Iowa): Mentioned as a RINO in some X posts, likely due to her occasional moderate positions, though less frequently cited than others.

John Thune (South Dakota): Labeled a RINO in some contexts for his leadership role and perceived establishment ties, though he avoids direct confrontation with Trump

Budaatum. Stop being a dinosaur. Use chat tools but remember they make up lies if they don't know the answer. There are several chat bits you can try eg Google, Whatsapp , Chatgpt, Grok.
For instance I asked chatgpt this following questions

One line only who can be described as RINOs

List names........

I want current house and Senate members .

When are the Trump cuts expiring and what will be the percent increase if it's not extended

Are American set for a tax increase this year. By how much for every bracket

And so on. Very specific questions that the chatbots dig up.
You sound like you feed your grandchildren on Celerac.

You just want to waste time trying to prove boys can be girls.

Define socialism., communism, fascism and Marxism. One line for each no more than 13 words
Okay, here are the definitions you requested:

Socialism: Advocates social ownership and democratic control of the means of production.
Communism: A stateless, classless society where resources are owned communally.
Fascism: A far-right, authoritarian ultranationalism characterized by dictatorial power.
Marxism: Socioeconomic analysis emphasizing class struggle and critique of capitalism.

Dinosaur aka fossil aka Cerelac . Use the same tools as I am.

[
Communist
City-owned grocery stores, centralized housing, public control of industries, wealth redistribution, free essential services.
Socialist
Rent freeze, free buses, universal childcare, public healthcare, worker rights, progressive taxes, affordable housing.
Marxist :
$30 minimum wage, wealth taxes, anti-corporate measures, collective bargaining, equitable distribution of resources.
Notes:
Communist: Emphasizes state ownership (e.g., city grocery stores) and centralized control, aligning with communist principles.

Socialist: Focuses on public welfare and equity (e.g., free buses, childcare) within a mixed economy.

Marxist: Targets capitalist structures (e.g., high minimum wage, wealth taxes) to redistribute power and resources.

Policies may overlap across categories due to Mamdani’s democratic socialist framework.

For full details, check Mamdani’s campaign site or MSNBC’s interview archives (e.g., YouTube clips).

I don’t like what they did when they came for Kamala for not being perfect thereby empowering the fascist orange buffoon. To me it was giving undercover Republican because why do you have all the smoke for democratic candidates and none for conservative who are unarguably 100x worse. I hated that perfectionist behavior they come with whenever they’re assessing democratic candidates.

However, I don’t see this guys policies as far left. The thing with capitalism is that it has to have some form of socialist element to cushion the dog-eat-dog effect of end stage capitalism or the system crumbles on itself.

Time will tell.

.
Joe Biden was unarguably the most progressive president America has had in decades and what did Leftists do, enabled Republicans into power because of Gaza and they immediately forgot Biden's campaign deliveries to them.
Mandani or whatever his name is was uncommitted, he is part of the reason why the Orange Buffon is in power. He is a covert antisemite, many leftists and the idea that nobody should be a billionaire is from socialism/communism playbook. Free buses without a formidable plan on how to pay for it is socialism playbook. Beautiful on paper and ugly in practice, cheap promises with no realistic gains.

I agree with you, unregulated capitalism is a cancer and that's why I prefer a mixed economy but unregulated capitalism is just as horrible as Socialism and its other brother. Ask USSR how that worked out for them.

The UK is not a socialist country but a mixed economy. The UK is not even a successful country.
A country that doesn't enable or enshrine civil liberties is not successful. China is not a successful country just because they are good in production, it's definitely not a country I would want to live in, alongside Arab countries, God forbid. Same China has a level of mixed economy in his foreign dealings and businesses.
I am not defining socialism for you. The Internet is there for everybody to learn.

Socialists countries, like the defunct USSR, Venezuela and the rest study how socialism worked out for them. So no, Socialism is a nonsense economic theory that will not in practice give equal output because our input can never be equal in the first place and it stifles, ideas and innovation so no.
