Popular Arewa X influencer Waspapping has taken aim at Northerners who back Peter Obi, the former presidential candidate of the Labour party, ahead of the general election in 2027.

In a post shared on his X handle this morning, Waspapping argued that any Northerner who wants Peter Obi to take over Nigeria is an enemy of Islam and the North.

Merely reminding them, factually I must add, that no right-thinking Moslem should vote Obi who is 100% proven to have tried to invoke "yes daddy" war against Islam.

As simple as that. You guys were warned that the "Yes Daddy" and "religious war" exposé against Obi would come back to hunt him horribly ahead of 2027. We are at that point now.

My advice to you, for the future, is to learn to remain silent if no wriggle room exist to sway opinion of others.
