Why is it that whenever I enter here it's only cmoney22222 and Robnectar that are always talking to themselves alone without anyone else putting mouth in their noise 🤔

Hmmm it's like the madness is spreading oooo 😏

They don't always buy A or A+ setup in red, but love to buy B setup in green.

BTC is easy if you use only 1 week TF for your swing trade entry and stay patient until things materialize, but no, a Nigerian doesn't have that patience.

We and Indians are the most impatient people in the world and one day, we'll wake and realize 99% of our citizens are in abject poverty because of lack of patience. Please, don't be among them. Learn the Art of Patience.

I'm among the few people in crypto with peace of mind. I have unfollowed all crypto YouTube channels except Ben Cowen and Steven. I don't keep up with any macro reports anymore except ending of QT, which Ben will update me and even if he doesn't, the chart doesn't lie — it'll reflect.

If you're a beginner, don't follow this minimalist route yet, you need to be drowned first in your first 2-5 years with information overload, then finally crawl out of it to have peace of mind.

You'll thank me later.

You'll only understand the power of swing after you've been burnt by manipulation of day-trading. Also, scalping and day-trading teach you how to be impatient.

I have been there. There is money in it when you get it right, but what about how it's indirectly teaching us impatience? This is one thing people don't realise about scalping.

Big money loves patient people while small money loves impatient people. I guess that's why Buffett is the greatest investor.

I like your gradual switch.

Oh, I meant what's the Ema length (ie 50, 100, 200 etc) and the time frame (ie 1hr, 1 day, 1week etc) or do you use a specific indicator as shown on the chart? In order to achieve the A or A+ set-up

No, 102k most likely. I said this cos the trading volume for the week is low.

Except you have a source that can infuse 500B dollars into btc right now, i don't see how btc will break that 112k now, maybe later in the year but for now, it is highly unlikely. I dare say this new week will be a red week from monday to perhaps wednesday
I foresee over $250 trillion transitioning into the cryptosphere, those managers of distressed bonds will bring them to crypto via corporate treasury offerings. I want to believe it would be aided by our one and only Michael Saylor of MicroStrategy, who has led his company to accumulate over 499k BTC, valued at an astonishing $27B

If you want your screen to look like mine, no problem. The only issues is, I no longer like sharing such info because last time I did, someone used an indicator I recommended and instead of thank you, he came back to talk about how it doesn't work, blah blah blah.

Something I already told him I use it only on BTC high timeframe, but he used it on other coins low time frame and came back the cry. That incident got on my nerves, hence I no longer feel comfortable sharing what I use.

Promise me not to be like that guy.

Below is the indicator and my settings.
I changed only one thing and that is 89 to 135.

Also, in style section, I deselected 3 things, the Heiken Ashi candle and the two below it.

I only use it on 1 week TF. With this, you no longer need to add another 50 SMA.

Still works on 1 day TF (change 135 to 123), but 1 wk is my go-to.

On the average, how long does a swing trade last for you sir??

Not all trades are swings, but the lowest is swing.

1. Investment
2. Position
3. Swing
4. Gamble

An investment is always 2 years an half and that is buying in November, December, January of bear market (just like 2022). Always a No-DJ setup when BTC was at 15.6k.

Position is mostly 2 months and half to 6-9 months, depending on the season. Mostly an A or A+ setup. (Just like when BTC dumped to 49k or 74k this year.

Swing is 2 weeks and half or 2 months and half. Mostly a B or B+ setup, which we did last week when BTC fell to 98k.

Gamble is 2 days and half and you're out. Why? It's mostly a C+, C or D+ setup. It's more like buying high and selling higher, but e fit purge you. It's only No-DJ, A+, and A that doesn't purge.

Though, A+ and A can purge if black swan happens just like in 2020, but it rarely does.

I have given you an overdose of what you asked.

by this explanation, the best trade a trader in Nigeria can take is a position and swing trade. position with like 2million naira and then swing with like 500k.
i am learning everything about trading on this thread, thanks to the selfless contributors we have here.

Thanks for the update, I promise you. I find it funny when people are not grateful? One need to research more and practice on any idea given to them, rather than accusations for their trading losses.
I am really, transiting into Swing trades. Please don't relent in your act of crypto trading updates.
Thumbs up.

From GPT.

The power of trading less is one of the most echoed themes among the best traders in history. It centers around selectivity, patience, and discipline—waiting for the highest probability setups and avoiding overtrading. Here's a powerful distilled tip from the best trading books and minds who lived by this principle:

🔥 “The money is made by sitting, not trading.” — Jesse Livermore

(From Reminiscences of a Stock Operator by Edwin Lefèvre)

Best Tip: The big money isn’t in the buying or selling, but in the waiting.

Livermore emphasized that most traders fail not because they don’t know when to enter, but because they lack the patience to wait—both before entering (for the perfect setup) and after entering (to let a trade mature).
He traded less but with conviction. He waited days, even weeks, for a setup he had complete confidence in. Then he acted decisively.

Bonus Nuggets from Other Greats:

Mark Minervini (Trade Like a Stock Market Wizard):

“Trade less, but trade better setups. Focus on A+ trades with proper risk-reward.”

William Eckhardt (Turtle Trader co-creator):

“The desire for constant action irrespective of underlying conditions is responsible for many losses in Wall Street.”

Jack Schwager (Market Wizards series):

Many of the best traders interviewed said they only take a few high-conviction trades a year, but they’re selective and size up properly.

Peter Brandt (Diary of a Professional Commodity Trader):

“You don’t need to be in the market all the time. You need to be in when the odds are stacked in your favor.”

⚔️ Ultimate Tip:

Only take the trade that screams at you.
If you’re unsure, it’s a no. If you hesitate, it’s not time.
Think like a sniper, not a machine gunner.
