You have now thrown Buhari under the bus after 8 years of sycophancy. When you said "common sense prevailed", what specifically are you referring to? Do you mean the insistence of Elrufai and other "core northern" governors that power must move to the South? Where is Elrufai today? How about Ganduje? Shettima nko? Which regions gave Tinubu his bloc votes in 2023? He only "won" Rivers outside of his SW region and only 4 out of 6 states even in the Southwest.

A situation where only 10% of our population votes and far less contribute anything else to the political and governance processes is far from ideal.

This would enable us to increase federalism and restructuring over time.
