You're calling your employer to complain the man is on the floor, somebody that is old and probably can't even stand or walk on his own. The employer told you not to move him and call an ambulance yet you refused and proceeded to ragdoll the poor man across the room. Wicked woman!

The judge rightly recognised that the company that hired her was negligent and partly culpable so did not heap all the punishment on her, and in fact the Criminal Prosecution Service should charge the company for manslaughter.

Judge Charlotte Welsh said: “Frankly it beggars belief that someone would be allocated an elderly man with dementia as their first client. Being a carer is a very, very difficult job and frankly people don’t appreciate it until they need it. I am convinced that you had not received the sufficient training.”

This is unfortunate, it is clearly out of poor care giving skills occasioned by no training, she just jumped into it like we do back home in Nigeria , no it is not done that way there are professional steps to take in caring for an elderly person
