This picture was taken few years back and I still wonder why my parents still have same young look.

They've been married for 33 Years and still counting.

Growing up, I always ask myself if my parents never had quarrels.
It's now that I come to the understanding that, yes they might have quarrels but always find a way to settle it peacefully without making us(the kids) aware of it.

I learnt from my parents that marriage can be a bed of roses.
My Dad will be 60 Years Old on the 6th of July.

Exactly how my husband is.....the silent type,he hates drama,malice,quarrels,
One moment I m telling him my mind,the next second we re laughing....the kids have learnt not to meddle because they say we re not serious.
Dude hates anything that will truncate his peace of mind.

I try to emulate this; till date, our kids have never seen me and wifie have arguments and all that. We sort ourselves privately. 23rd of August will make us 11 years, and it's been a sweet ride.

They didn't get married for money. They married on the basis of love, understanding, mutual communication and respect. They have apparently also been careful not to let religious people, friends and relatives to push them apart.
