Political will? Of Tinubu or who? Cause Tinubu almost turned Dangote to a skit maker and almost outrightly frustrated him. Dangote has always enjoyed the goodwill of all governments and had their support whether APC or PDP. If it wasn't Tinubu that was president, Dangote wouldn't stoll have built the refinery cause he knows how to roll with the government. Dangote bought the land for the refinery from Lagos state government as early as 2007.

About building the refinery, like I said he has been building the refinery since 2007 which was PDP era. The refinery took years to build.

It's just quite fortunate for APC that they are the ones in power when it got completed.

Lastly, are you a graduate? Do you know what it means to start life with a loan on your neck?
