I can't stay beyond 3 days without eating swallow food. I love fufu the most, but I can sometimes go with eba or semo. If I stay beyond 3 days without eating swallow, I start having this 'not okay' feeling. Swallow na baba. Rice na bird food.

A lifetime if the need be. Rice is there. Beans, yam, corn, potatoes, and all other non-swallow foods. It is as simple as ignoring swallow as though it never existed. Though swallow is great.

A day without swallow,that I can manage...But two days or more without swallow, I'll just be looking so pale and weak like someone who's about to exit mother earth

Going a day without swallow is painful especially when the soup is fresh..
I do swallow as breakfast sometimes before going to the office, it takes me all thru the day...

Swallow is African. It is heavy, and can carry you throughout the day.

I go stay for weeks without swallow. Me i like bread n tea like kilode, anything chee chew my neighbors dey laugh say i too like flour mixture

I dont eat swallow except eba and okra like once a year . Used to like pounded yam as a child but like all swallows i vomit them after consumption

I can stay up to a month or more. There is no food I can't abstain from ,for at least a month. I don't have any favourite food o. Thank God.

I was in Oron for two weeks, 95% of my food was swallow.

I don't even like food... I only eat to survive but anything drinking from water to all I'm a champion, I can gulp plastic water like crazy. If no be liquid I for don die because I force myself to eat little and once a day

Hope you are going to the gym after all that carbohydrate. Our ancestors could eat this and remain healthy because of farm work. No go kpai yourself with swallow everyday. Diabetes and other health complication without adequate exercise. At least walk like 30mins before or after eating swallow.

Maybe A week. And that would be a torture. There are people who a only eat swallows. And can’t live without it more than a week. So it all depends base on season and period.

I can go a month without it. But you see RICE... if I don't eat it in 2-3 days, I start rejecting even water. Gimme rice, and I'll be fine!

A day. As producer of health conscious swallow flours like Guinea corn for diabetic and weight watchers, corn and cassava flour etc, I eat swallows daily.

But again,what’s life without proper bedmatics skills seff,I’m here to solve all your woes
