To me their is nothing like swallow, I chew everything I eat including water.

Bread and tea is not healthy for you. I hope you know that. Once you start getting close to 40, that should be among what you should cancel from your diet. Or you can change it to bread and something else or tea and something else. That bread and tea combo is a disaster.

I dont eat swallow except eba and okra like once a year . Used to like pounded yam as a child but like all swallows i vomit them after consumption

Consider goat meat, beef, ponmo, dried shrimps and fish.

…and that is why many of you are built like laundry bags. One can consume more calories via swallowing than chewing. You children watch soccer every day, sometimes three matches daily, what do you perform to stay in shape? I dey fold arms look una.

As I’ve gotten older and fixed to an unchanging diet, my preference for swallow has risen. Nowadays, I can’t do past three days. Shocking in my younger years. I guess an age comes when people decide to experiment less with food.

Indefinitely , I'm not a swallow person , I prefer rice ( jollof , white , Chinese , biryani , fried ) , beans and plantain , egg and yam and most especially fast food to almost all swallows

I am even being lenient. If you see jaga9ja post where he clarifies that the bread and tea is bad regardless of the age. The bad thing about this combo is you will not know the effect and damage it is doing to your body till you get to around 45 or 50 years of age. Once you get to those age or you are close to it like I am, you will not need to be advised to stop it. You will stop it on your own when you see the dangerous effects it is having among your friends. Tears and deaths that it cause on families. You will seriously not need any advice to stop it.

Not a swallow person but then as the spirit leads, maybe a few weeks

These junks where not available 50 years ago, but our parents never complained of what to eat.

They eat whole food, walk and work.

Today, you have diabetes, ulcer, and many more lifestyle diseases even with Teenagers, and you still keep gulping and choking on the very meal that causes these recent sickness and diseases.

Teenagers and even younger are now getting diagnosed with ulcer and diabetes.

You don't need to tune 50 anymore.

Most of the disease ravaging the world today are mostly lifestyle based, and could be reversed by a simple lifestyle change by eating whole meal, instead of poisonous junks like Tea and Bread.

I am almost certain that you are pre-ulcer, or pre-diabetic if you go for a test.


When last have you check your Sugar level, and Blood pressure?
