While I appreciate Femi Adebayo's journey and his passion for acting, it’s hard to overlook some aspects of his transition from law to film. It raises a few questions about whether he was truly cut out for the legal profession, or if his connections, being the son of a renowned actor played a significant role in his admission to law school.

Despite enjoying his movies and recognizing his success in the industry, I can't say I see him as a wonderful actor. There are times when his performances come across as overly exaggerated, lacking the naturalness that many viewers crave. While he certainly knows how to command attention, sometimes it feels more like he's acting for the sake of performance rather than embodying the character authentically.

His story might be inspiring, but I think it's important to also acknowledge that talent in acting goes beyond just making a choice, it requires a certain level of finesse that he hasn't fully achieved in my opinion.
Oga this your long statement is bitterness. Celebrate his success, some have the opportunity but they didn’t see it

Very low and cheap the institution and legal professional body should withdraw his certificates.

Chairman, leave the membership stuff .
Does it generates money to his account?
You wants him to keep struggling just to feed his families and others?
Abeg it's not all about education sometimes Grace and favour matters often

Yes his dad influence may be a catalyst, but the chap is a genius too when it comes to acting.

Unfortunately, that's the reality.....95% of Nigerian lawyers broke pass broke.. the day my cousin told me she was earning less than 100k in the law firm she worked for, I shock😕
Same for accountants. Many chartered accountants out there earning less than 120k.

There are also many sons of veteran actors who have not excelled in acting.

For whoever cares to listen, if your father or mother is excelling and already an authority in a field, you have better chance of success in that field.
It does not mean you cannot succeed elsewhere.

You made the right choice, studying law and being a lawyer should be for backup. Being a lawyer only benefit those whose parents are already in it but if you have no one, it will be difficult.

I'm speaking as a lawyer, so I know what I'm saying.
Is not true, you are not opportuned to practice in Abuja or Lagos, my friend's salary as a lawyer during NYSC is 195k, if he's employed it will be close 250k, you are practicing in the village? Come to Abuja and see

Old news, who bring this up again?? You guys gained fame through your daddy fame
Do you think they could have gone this far relying merely on their father's fame without their own talent and efforts. Are they the only ones who have dad in the industry, you don't ask yourself why theirs is different.

Forget talent and effort.
Once you are related with someone who is at the top of a profession or career you want to do, and you are being supported well, with your little or no talent, you have 90percent of making it!

Did you think davido would have break-through in music without his father riches or support!
The davido example is different but kind of related too.

195k ke? When I just made 1.7m for a script. I make far more than 195k per month by God's grace doing legal jobs for celebrities, writing scripts and film consultancy. I act too. My actor friends trust me more as a lawyer because I understand them better. Look online for AMANYANABO The Eagle King. Our latest film.

Omo anything that gives you joy.

It will take like 10 years of your life to achieve something reasonable. Though, you will not be hungry but you won't live your dream life with law practice. Especially if you are into litigation. Na for company and organizations lawyers dey enjoy!

I can count 50 colleagues with low wages after over a decade. So keep quiet on what you don't know!
You think there's job waiting for you somewhere? Because you got some qualifications?

Thanks so much.

What do you mean by litigation, company and organisations in this context?
Ok, litigation lawyers are those lawyers you see in court from time to time. Company lawyers don't go to court, they act as advisers and draft documents.

The popular lawyers you hear of are mostly litigation lawyers. They are more popular than any other type because they are fully into the practice of law.

Organization and company lawyers don't go to court but act as advisers to the company or organization.

I hope I was able to explain it to your understanding?
