That's Okonjo Iwualla who should have since become president of Nigeria if Nigeria were to be a normal country. We move. BRICS will not give free Dollars to any country. Countries of BRICS elect capable leaders to manage their respective economies. Not turn by turn and it's my turn type of leader.
