No, that's simplistic. Your 'due will be paid to you'!

You are reasoning towards the woman because she was used as an illustration but you should instead grab the underlying concept "you will receive your due" that way, you don't limit yourself!

You never can tell, God can decide to pay you!

If she has paid you in the dream then try never to take it back again because that is a sign she is willing to pay back but it's not possible for her to fulfill her heart desire. God will pay you back in multiple folds all you need to do now is speak kindly to her assuring her that things will go well with her and that you've seen her willingness to pay back but things aren't easy then assure her that you're no longer expecting it and if she still needs your assistance she should not hesitate to ask for it.
