You can't continue to defy court order and expect justice, do your own part and leave the rest for the Senate to do.

Natasha Apoti should not defy court order.

She must also respect constituted authority in the Senate.

She was not only ordered to tender an apology to the FCT High Court on 2 daily newspapers and on her Facebook page. She was also ordered abinitio to apologize officially to the Senate for her unruly, disrespectful, disruptive and disorderly behavior in the Senate just because her seat was changed.

The next two Senate sessions will review the suspension and most likely recall her to resume.

If I am Natasha, when I am asked to resume, I will still request to address the Senate and personally tender an apology in person to the Senate.

She only needs to show remorse and be apologetic. She has to engage her colleagues diplomatically and be focuses on her job and not side attractions.

The apology is for contempt of court...Recall the court ask all parties not to discuss the matter ...but natasha went on her Facebook to post that joke apology ..The court considered it as contempt of court ...The court demanded apology from.natasha ...they also fined her 5m .

I disagree strongly. Someone can't accuse another person of an offense as serious as sexual harassment without any proof. She must apologize for the false accusations. It's innocent until proven guilty not the other way around.

Court doesn't have final say when it comes to legislative arm of government. That's an independent arm of government. The Senate has asked her to tender an apology. If she hasn't done that & want to resume, it means she enjoys drama.

Like I told you that was the beginning of the conflict and from there she began firing at all cylinder. Even her female colleagues told her that changing seats were normal but she thought they changed her seats because of her personal issues with the senate President. So she has to apologize for undermining the senate on seating settings.
