First of all South Africa is not the Santa Claus of African countries.. Before criticizing our government, hold your own governments accountable. What's stopping you? Our social systems are burdened, this is a fact!!.. i.e, health systems. We have locals in hospitals in Musina having to sleep on the floors to make way for Zimbabweans from across the border! This is not acceptable !! Our tax is burdened, we have people receiving Road Accident Funds at our expense, but still complain. Our prisons are also overcrowded, this is another fact.. Our government minister is already looking for ways to deport foreign prisoners. If you really feel hard done by South Africans, stop going there and spare us the daily moaning and whining

Who says you owe anybody anything. You have a migrant problem because you signed a 1961 Geneva convention that allowed for asylum seekers to find refuge in your country. Your countrymen wrote the constitution that explicitly stated in clear words that healthcare was accessible to "all" who reside within the borders of South Africa. They could have said "citizens" only.

Your economy is the only one in Africa that draws a considerable amount of White monopoly capital and white disposable income from European countries hence the draw and influx of migrants.

It's not about being nice Mfethu, it's about the ethos of a country and what they want to represent. Many Western countries for most of the 2oth centruy adopted and promoted the concept of multicultural societies and liberal democracies that promote human rights.

The world became smaller in terms of its connectivity and many people in impoverished countries began to access to these countries and flooded their gates which created the problem of the citizen right against the fundamental human right and viola you have the problems you are facing.

As I have explained, you can't have it both ways. Change your constitution and become like your typical African country or Russia. That liberal constitution only benefits those in your country who are attached or adapted to a western style democracy/civilization.
