We submitted our case in April 2024, today I got my visa approved in London embassy. Glory to God!

I wish to ask you some questions, I’m having my interview soon as well. Hopefully you get to see this so I can pm you

please i need help on how to make visa fee. I was told i will need a reference number and passport data page. I need clarity on the reference number been referred to. Thank you.

Good day everyone please i got a mail in Feb 2025 saying :

The National Visa Center (NVC) received your fiancé (e)'s/spouse's approved I-129F petition from U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). NVC will now forward the petition to the U.S. Embassy or Consulate in Lagos, Nigeria.
Please note that the transfer process can take several weeks. The U.S. Embassy or Consulate will contact your fiancé (e)/spouse when they are ready to process his or her petition.

Please what should we do next cos we have filed the ds-160 form as seen on a website on the mail sent to us.. do we need to get the mail before paying the visa fee and going for medicals. I’ll appreciate a response please 🙏🙏🙏

Sometimes it takes months to hear from the embassy, to save yourself sometime and start preparing for your interview, pay your visa fee and fill out your cgi and ds160. Join the line for interview date and even if you don’t receive email from the embassy go ahead and pick a date and call the embassy. Some folks got their email just 2 to 3 weeks before interview

Please I'm in the same situation My case was sent to US embassy in Lagos February till now haven't heard anything from the embassy
And what is cgi?

Hello my people, my brother American girlfriend came to Nigeria over 2 years ago, they did their court wedding and have submitted every necessary document for my brothers Relocation. But up till now nothing has been heard from the embassy, please can anyone with experience on this gives me ideas on what next he do to fast track the whole thing. because his wife in America is getting frustrated everyday with the delay

Ask your brother to tell his girlfriend to keep on mailing NVC. Or he should ask his girlfriend to file for an expedite action on their visa application. Don't give up,this stuff takes time.

I just recently got married to my wife who is a US citizen. Civil wedding at Ikoyi.
We got married in JUN 2025.

We did our Traditional wedding on Jan 2025.

what is the best and fastest way to secure a visa or a green card.

my initial application for Tourist Visa was last year November, i applied buy was denied, i claimes i was going for a vacation.

i just need proper guidance and how to go about it.

(K3 Visa) Tell her to file k3 petition for you asap. If she cannot afford immigration lawyer,she can do it by watching lot of YouTube videos for guidance. Good luck
