100% correct. Wike is less than 2 years in office as FCT Minister. Even then, I can bet any money he has done far more in his time in office than El Rufai did in a comparative time frame.

This talk from Ireti Kingibe only comes because Wike has correctly beamed the headlight on the failures parading themselves as "rescuers" of Nigeria when he destroyed Aregbe comparing his abject failure over years as Minister of Interior while his successor Tunji-Ojo, an appointee of Tinubu, has been nothing short of spectacular in under 2 years.

All Ireti is doing is futile and desperate damage-limitation but she will fail because records and even eyewitness/stakeholder testimonies are there to make a mockery of her claims.

It can be matched and surpassed. If this country must develop, such sentiments should not exist. Any informed person knows Kingibe is biased on the subject, given her numerous issues with the minister.

I dislike unnecessary exaggerations about El Rufai's work in the FCT, even though one can say he tried. But, if he did so much that can't be surpassed, why is Wike still working this hard to the extent that people are testifying that they have never seen this before?

How can Abuja be the handiwork of Elrufai majorly, when the city, as the nation's capital, has been built up with beautiful structures and landscapes through Babangida, Abacha and Abubakar years as Heads of State?

No bro, you are missing the point. By my standard, Wike is not a good person either. But saying El-Rufai was more connected to the grassroot than Wike........that's my argument and wherein my disagreement lies.

More people are predisposed to liking Wike because he compensates before demolishing. That doesn't mean everyone in Abuja like Wike. And in terms of infrastructural development, Wike is miles ahead of Rufai, although Rufai did a wonderful job by following the masterplan which Wike is building on today.

Indeed. Nigerians can be evilly dishonest, enough to deny the undisputable, when bias against others is involved.

Yes Wike's leadership style is not to everyone's taste. Granted. Yet Abuja folks themselves, the real stakeholders we must all defer to, are united praising him for the positive impact he is making through his commendable solutions-provision across the FCT.

My Aunt has lived in Abuja for more than 30 years now. She had and raised all her children there. She went there in her early twenties as a low level civil servant. Today she insist Wike is best FCT Minister ever.

She would know also because, aside being a resident, she is now at a very senior level in the Nigerian civil service.

It would take a very emotional, irresponsible character ,with no respect at all for what all political leaders should hold as sacrosanct, i.e commendable service of the people, to come out with what Ireti Kingibe did.
