Good Evening Please I earn 400k per month I cannot boost of 5k after the month end. I have four (kids) and I am 32. Wife is a petty trader and nothing much is coming from her business. An account with a female profile and the picture of a female as the display photo posing as a husband? But let me respond as if you are real..The economy is harsh. Cost of living is rising everyday. If your family mainly depends on your income, 500k will not go as far as giving you savings, especially if you pay house rent and transport yourself to and fro your workplace. 5 Likes |

Nothing is okay with you... Anyone who can't manage little resources can never manage bigger resources. 400k may be less but they are people that live a better life and manage properly with even less resources and more responsibilities. Work on your spending habits and most importantly cut your coat according to your size. You can start by drawing a budget! 6 Likes |

Four kids at 32 with N400,000 per month income? On top that, wifey is a liability hiding under petty trading? You guys will never learn and experience will always be your teacher. Nothing is wrong with you brotherly, things are very hard in the country presently, cost of things has really skyrocket, not to talk of even training 4kids. Just try and hang your boot no more kids, this present economy doesn't accommodate plenty children, 2 kids is okay. Just pray to God to bless you and work hard and smart and let God do his wonders, if you can have a genuine side hussle to add to your present Salary, it will be fine and also try find another business that you feel people will buy for your wife... It is good for a man to have one stream of income. Yes, it is good for a man to have even seven streams of income. The country's economy is mad right now due to maladministration so you have to call madam to a round table meeting based on family finances and discus about cutting unnecessary spending. It is not witchcraft but what can you both do to increase family income even if it means she changes her line of business ? Now is not the time for ajebutter, now is the time to wear and tighten your jims (jeans) according to Nyesom Wike. Keep 40k aside compulsory for savings in an untouchable account for one year, 40k for tithes and 40k for charity. Nobody will die of hunger from the rest. Learn what you can go into with that 480k even if its scrap pet bottles business or rearing goats but just learn and diversify while madam looks for something more lucrative to do. Honestly, you need like 4 sources of income to take care of what you've created. Be business minded. Salary will never give you the life you want. You've got one hustle giving 400k monthly.
