Chelsea can only stand a chance of winning against PSG in the club World Cup final if they choose to go by Mourinho’s dark arts Or else they should forget this game Psg 3 - 0 Chelsea They should sit back & counter attack If they come out PSG will impregnate them with triplets ![]() |

Samueltemi337:I hope you know Mbappe was ready to sit out the entire year had PSG decided not to play him. Question? Will Madrid still have signed him had that happened? Osimhen is not a scrub now, he's top 3 best striker in the world currently. Not having a transfer fee literally makes it a easy gamble for top clubs to make even if they have concerns about his fitness. Plus he will literally have AFCON an.entire month in January to further prove himself. It's a gamble obviously but in my opinion better than what is before him now. |

lovewins:Osimhen case is totally different from Mbappe Mbappe already had an agreement with Madrid there was even no way he would sit on the bench for a year at PSG While in the case of Osimhen and Napoli the relationship has broken completely There's no way Osimhen will play for Napoli again You are talking about him being part of the top 3 strikers in the world but yet the so called big clubs are not ready to pay his wage demand now So what exactly is going to change when he doesn't play football for a year They didn't pay when he is active it is when he is not active for a year they will pay? When there will be other hot strikes in the transfer market next year I am sure you don't even know there is an option to extend his contract for one more year So if Osimhen choose to sit on the bench for a year and ADL decides to activate that option does that mean Osimhen will sit on the bench for 2 years at Napoli? |

Samueltemi337:You got a lot of things misconstrued so let's clarify. 1.Yes, Madrid was very interested in Mbappe and they had an agreement in principle, but this was largely due to th fact that they knew they were going to sign him for free. PSG didn't have a problem with Mbappe leaving, they had an issue with him leaving for free. It's why they threatened to bench him etc before they realised they had no leverage. So let's do an hypothetical. Do you think Madrid would still have signed Mbappe for say $150M plus paying him what he currently earns? No it wouldn't have happened. Mind you, the relationship between Mbappe and PSG was also broken till it was resolved by the president of France, still didn't change his decision to leave for free. 2. The big clubs aren't ready to pay his wage plus his transfer fee. Let's get it right please. If Osimhen doesn't have a transfer fee of at least £75m his wage request wouldn't be an issue cause what they would have hitherto given to another club to have him would cover and least 3 years of his wages. These are some of the considerations that go into how clubs sign players. It's why Man City could pay Halaand that much because his release clause compared to a player of his calibre was small particularly in that transfer window. Osimhen being a free agent makes him an easy gamble for clubs. 3. Staying an extra year doesn't mean he wouldn't play football for a year. Napoli could as well decide to loan him out to cut down on their loses or could decide to just bench him. The point is, he has to be willing to do that. 4. Finally, your last point shows your misunderstanding of how contracts work. An option to extend isn't binding on either party of the contract. Even if one of the parties decide to activate said option, it only happens if the other party agrees. It's why clubs can't loan players to another club or sell them to another club that meets their condition without the players consent. This works differently in American sports though as you can trade a player without their consent and activate an extra year clause without the other party's consent. Doesn't apply in europe. |

lovewins:I will only reply this The clubs not willing to pay Osimhen's wages has nothing to with his transfer fee Chelsea and Manchester United has a wage structure they don't want to go above Chelsea are willing to drop 50M to 60M for a player as long as his wages fall into their wage structure Just like they did with the signings of Joao Pedro and Gittens The transfer fee does really matter If Osimhen decides to leave for free next year his wages will still be an issue |

Barau FC, Wikki Tourists, Warri Wolves and Kun Khalifa have won promotion to the NPFL. Khaifa is a private owned club from Imo State. Heartland FC , also from Imo got relegated in the just concluded season. Now, another team from the state just gained promotion. I hope they will compete in the league and not swap their promotion ticket. |

Just as thought. Galatasaray are struggling to sign Osimhen. In just two hours and one serious EPL club will get this done. Look out for after Diaz and Mbeumo deal sorted. |

🟡🔴 The deal for Victor Osimhen has never been off so far as talks are still underway with Napoli. Italian club insist to have bank guarantees as key step to accept €75m in five years. Galatasaray remain in Milano to negotiate and get the green light. #FabrizioRomano |

Nigeria U20 team has shown no sign of improvement whatsoever. I don't know what is wrong with most of these Nigerian coaches. They hardly get anything right. |

typicalgamer:The last time I saw a age grade team play with the Nigerian flair was under coach Samson Siasia. Manu Garba ruined himself with the Iheanacho, Success set and posterity judged him as he could no longer replicate his age grade success. If not for the controversy surrounding Sia 1, I would suggest that he is given the team to manage. With the football talent wey choke for this country, person no fit assemble just 24 players. Nigeria can't never get it right with Nigerians as coaches. |
