I believe former President Muhammadu Buhari may be approaching the final chapter of his life, and while we continue to wish him good health and a full recovery, this is also a time for deep reflection.

Though Buhari was never widely regarded as intellectually exceptional, this moment would have been ideal for him to leave behind a meaningful legacy in the form of memoirs or an autobiography—something future generations can read to better understand his perspective, leadership journey, and choices in office.

Even in their twilight years, leaders still have a responsibility to document history from their point of view. Sadly, Buhari seems to be missing that opportunity.

It is important that Ex-President Muhammadu Buhari write his memoirs , autobiography after recovering from his current ailment.

I do know that Former Military President or Head of State, General Ibrahim Babangida ( retd ) few months ago released his autobiography details his experiences right from when he was a young military officer.

I think General Yakubu Gowon ( Rtd ) should also join Ex-President Buhari to write books, write their memoir, autobiography.

It is on record that Ex-Biafra Leader, Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu ( Ikemba ) wrote a book while he was alive titled "BECAUSE I AM INVOLVED"

Journalists all over the world cultivate sources. You don't know if the source is in the vice president's entourage, in Buhari's entourage or where it came from. Remember, the journalist sources had already reported that Buhari was ill and in London and this was how the Presidency allegedly found out. Was it Tinubu that also leaked that?

How do you know that it was Tinubu that leaked it. The answer is that you don't know.

Fubara would have been impeached. Would you have prefered he was impeached? Fubara himself was grateful how about how the president intervened. Now he is coming back.

Shettima was talking about being removed Obasanjos style on Ladoja who was never restored. Shettima and Fubaras case are not similar. In Fubaras case a political solution as such taking was in the best interest of all the parties.

Shettima might not be coming back as VP but he won't be disgraced out of the office. His not coming back would be based on political calculations understandable to all.
