Obi is the only heavy weight I see there.

The guy is a political party himself.

These are not the real heavy weights. The distraughted and beleaguered Nigerians are the ones going to fight against this present government of oppression, suppression and retrogression. Fingers crossed!

1 ⚫️Atiku Abubakar: Had a running battle with his former boss and was demoted. Serial contestant. Was accused of mismanaging the privatization project he headed. Admitted to being part of paying contractors 100% for power sector reforms that never happened as the contractors ran away.

2 🟠David Mark: Was quiet post-2015 as his political influence waned. Was called senate committee chairman on observation.

3 🔴Aminu Tambuwal: Not forceful as a politician. Gave it a shot in 2019 and 2023. Stepped down for Atiku in 2023. The best person to be presented.

4 🔴Nasir El-Rufai: APC Kaduna rejoiced when he left. His tenure as governor was controversial as he demolished buildings of political opponents. Recently, there was a judgement against him for victimizing political critics. He said he never wanted to be minister despite attending senate screening.

5 🟤Rotimi Amaechi: Speaker for 8 years, governor for 8 years, minister for almost 8 years; his wife was accused of collecting 4 billion naira monthly from NDDC. He said he was hungry during his 60th birthday symposium. He has not refuted the allegation against his wife.

6 🟢Peter Obi: Was impeached as governor of Anambra. Adopted by the Obidient movement, performed above expectations in the 2023 elections, but still lost. Lacks ideas for innovative leadership.

7 🟣Rauf Aregbesola: former governor and minister of interior. His tenure as governor was laced with civil servants being paid less than half salary and owed several months. Several prison breaks recorded during his tenure as interior minister.

8 🟤Uche Secondus: Forced out by Wike as PDP party chairman.

9 🟠Gabriel Suswam: One of the few objective ones in the coalition.

10 🔴Datti Baba Ahmed: Kicked out of the senate for electoral malpractices. As running mate to Peter Obi, threatened the CJN from swearing in Tinubu and said swearing in Tinubu was ending democracy in Nigeria.

11 🟠Bolaji Abdullahi: A smooth talker, was accused of approaching the Kwara governor to do a book on him and was rejected. Seen as Bukola Saraki's stooge.

12 ⚫️Abbo Ishaku: Became famous for dishing out slaps to a pregnant woman in a love shop where he went with two women. He was fined 50 million naira to pay to the victim for attacking her. He opposed all-Muslim ticket of Tinubu and was removed from the senate.

13 🟢Emeka Ihedioha: Was without controversy until he was removed by the Supreme Court. Seems respected by Ndi-Imo.

14 🟠Solomon Dalung: He was a controversial sports minister that Buhari did not bring back.

15 🔴Abubakar Malami: As AGF, he had no records of judicial reforms. His performance was lackluster.

16 🟤Dele Momodu: An ambitious PR expert who made a name running around politicians and taking pictures of wealthy people, he is in a fierce battle with Nyesom WIke.

17 🟤John Oyegun: Former chairman of APC, Tinubu was opposed to him during his tenure.

18 🟠Dino Melaye: He became famous for blowing a whistle within the chambers of the House of Representatives. He also fought where his clothes were torn. He also threatened to violate and impregnate one of his female colleagues. When he was arrested for allegedly being involved in murder in Kogi state, he jumped out of a bus and claimed to have entered a bush and stayed atop a tree for 11 hours. He is famous for his love for luxury, especially numerous cars, wristwatches and customized furniture.

19 🟤Liyel Imoke: A quiet chap with limited controversy.

20 🔴Sule Lamido: His influence as Jigawa governor has significantly waned with his sons losing in elections. He had claimed recently that Tinubu supported Abacha post-June 12 and wanted to be a minister under Abacha.

21 🟠Ireti Kingibe: She is known for fighting Nyesom Wike.

22 🟠Babangida Aliyu: He is known for spekaing good English in a fluid accent. He cut his birthday cake in a private jet and had corruption cases against him which has not ended.

23 🟢Sam Egwu: Also one of the quiet ones.

24 🟠Abdulfattah Ahmed: He was seen as a placeholder for Bukola Saraki. Had a running with EFCC after his tenure.

25 🟤Oserheimen Osunbor: Another quiet man. He became a victim of PDP rigging machinery and has struggled for political relevance since.

I suspect foul play here, some of those working for Tinubu are there, they are there to scatter our planes but E no go work, Tinubu must return to Iragbiji after 2027 election

As I read the list like this, I just laugh.

Well, 2027 is not far away by God's Grace we Go see.

On paper, it looks like a dream team of experience and influence. But realistically, this kind of coalition often crumbles under the weight of ego, conflicting interests, and unspoken rivalries.

Everyone here likely sees themselves as the main act, not a supporting role. So the question isn’t just “Can they challenge the ruling party?” it’s “Can they even agree on who leads them?” Because until that’s sorted, it’s more drama than strategy.

I saw only two heavyweights in the list

One good turn deserves another, let the North who controls the ADC step down for PO.

Then the entire south will support your candidate in 2031, God keeping us alive.

The South East of Nigeria has been short changed since 1966 ,asides that a PO Presidency would be a unifier.

The two most desperate politicians to be President in Nigerian history are 1, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu & 2, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar.

PBAT bodly told the entire world that the Presidency of a country of 200m people is his turn !

Atiku has notoriously been contesting since SDP days in 1992.

One is lucky to have assumed the Presidency the other one will only be lucky through a nominee.

Atiku needs strategic advisors.

Interest is the key thing here. If they work together, forget the strong man tag on Tinubu. You can only rig when you have no strong opposition. Imagine trying to rig in Kano. You can only rig in few polling units but to have such express rigging that happened in Rivers is when there's no opposition. Tomorrow is pregnant.

2027 will expose these supposedly heavy weights that they are ants. The factor that brought APC to power was Buhari and Tinubu factor none of these come close. They are all greedy. Hate and not ideology or love for the people brought them together.


Else the whole PDP structure collapse into ADC which I doubt the then the ADC is in a coffin on arrival.

Who among them wasn't in the opposition in the last election whether directly or indirectly? You guys should be deceiving yourselves.
