Spaceship marketplace looks promising. Currently using their for sales landers for most of my domains as making an offer there is similar to the old Dan's lander. Hopefully to report my first sale in there soon. Though there has been several sales reports and good reviews already. 5% commission too is very OK.

Definitely a strong competitor may force Godaddy to reduce their over high commission.

Imagine sell a domain for $799 and Godaddy paid me $599. Domain I looked for the buyer?

Off topic but very motivating;
A giant ship engine failed. The ship's owners tried one expert after another, but none of them could figure but how to fix the engine.

Then they brought in an old man who had been fixing ships since he was a young. He carried a large bag of tools with him, and when he arrived, he immediately went to work. He inspected the engine very carefully, top to

Yes I once made such sale. Not all whites even understand how the expired domain industry works.

That if an original owner failed to renew a domain and the dedrops, anyone can pick such domain register it and resell. No case.

So a white man emailed me sometime ago telling me to release a domain name I own. that it's formerly his but he forgot to renew it.

Na my fault?

Well he said if I didn't release it that he will sue me to court. Lol.

Well I educated him for free telling him it's his fault not to renew the domain.

That I buy and resell domains and I registered the domain as an e,expired domain and currently up for sale.

He replied telling me to let it go for $100 that he owns the trademark of that domain.

Story.

Well I saw he doesn't understand much how the expired industry works, I told him to take it for $500 and get his domain back.

He replied with $400. We'll, no time. I accepted his offer and warned him to be more careful next time.

my main research site is expireddomains.net. You set the filters to get best results then check there especially from 8pm when freshly deleted domains are being uploaded.

Checking my past domain sales and goals, I remember selling this domain sometime ago for $1k. Interestingly the domain has expired and no longer in my portfolio. I didn't renew it . Fortunately, I have to pay a restoration fee of $89 to get it back. Transferred the domain to afternic and got paid. One thing in domaining is some domains are worth renewing. And renewal is just $10.

I Sold this domain within 3 days after I registered it for $7. Was about to register the singular without knowing that the same buyer has registered it.

I usually prefer selling a plural first before buying the singular if it's still available. But this buyer beat me to this. We move.

So I was advising a newbie few days ago to put all effort on Geos and EMD. Not brandable. Truth you can make a 4 figures from brandables but sales are not constant doing it. If you desire constant inflows and sales ranging from $100 - $500, also good at outbounding Geo and EMD domains are the way to go.

No month you won't make between $100 - $500 doing this. At times, it may be more than. Wealth is built and is a process.

Glad to report this mini sale from one of my man. Sent him this name with a price suggestion too. It got sold before a month.

First sale via Spaceship earlier this morning. Forgot there was a time I did a mass editing of names later repriced but forgot to increase this. Yes inbound.. very good to know Spaceship is awesome. Fast payout too.

Quick things to consider why going for an expired domain name for monetization. As I wrote earlier, not all domain names are valuable or selleable so what do you consider?

1. Stick to .coms: upon all the new extensions coming up, .com extension still leads.

2. The shorter the better.

3. Go fir product or service related domains. It's hot cake.... More coming.

Disclaimer; It was reported to me that a guy is pirating all my teachings via whatsapp group he created. Later he codedly started demanding for money from the members over there.

As I've said before, Am not against anyone training people about domaining but make sure it's working for you with some proof of sales you've made before then be original in your contents and teachings. Anything short of this is a criminal act.

Called the guy twice this morning to know the reason behind his actions, but he never picked. This is a serious offence and shouldn't be encouraged.
