If you have a first degree and want to do another Normally you don't have to do JAMB you apply for direct entry and start at 200 level

You are the one who needs to "pretend" to be logical here. If my son is admitted to study pharmacy and he later decides to change career to law by retaking jamb, is it a crime? Besides, it is not possible to switch from pharmacy to law in 200 level because both have very different o level requirements. The only way would be to retake both Waec (art subjects including lit. In English) and jamb. All this talk about matriculating ony once is nonsense

There is no crime

The JAMB portal will not allow such a person to register through the portal online

Such a person would need to engage with JAMB directly to have a conversation

In this case the allegation is that the already matriculated individual sought to bypass that protocol by altering their personal identity details and then registered through the portal

If a person has already married and had a child and then tries to get married pretending that is not the case that is fraudulent

There is no law that she cannot marry but perhaps the husband has a right to know/

How is it in JAMB's place to start poking into one's state of origin? JAMB should only be concerned if the boy cheated to get the maximum score. Why are they pointing out inconsequential things that are unbacked by law? How did we get here in Nigeria?

I said this some days ago: Anambra is known for special centres, most of their students don't write the final exams in their school but in special centres. Most top JAMB scorers these days are written by the machinery or those who are almost finishing their programs in universities.

the part of the NIN details in contention doesn't matter. An erroneous enrolment is erroneous and should be corrected. Jamb can update their rules to state that only candidates below the age of 20 and yet to gain admission can be celebrated. That is left to dem to adjust. Until we have that policy, whatever happenened now is inconsequential.
