Obi has shown he's not a problem solver but one who runs away from problems to seek comfort where others had made comfortable. He ran away from the crisis in APGA to PDP, eventually PDP had crisis and he jumped ship again and landed in LP where he precipitated yet another crises from which he took off. Landed in ADC and is already looking like he's about to bolt again.
